Hi guys, for people who google stuff before getting cam shows or just generally frustrating with some of the cam systems. I am report a cam girl called "Quixotic_One" on MFC (myfreecams) who scammed me just now. Had me send her an amazon giftcard in exchange for a show. We worked out a price and she told me to send her an amount as gift card on amazon, then proceeded to ignore me and logged off. Seems like she had done this before to other users as her comments were once in view and now it is blocked because people seem to have reported her. If you are lured, please check around for the model's names before committing!

Another case is another model called "Tasha Shredz", this model goes by the same way of scam, she would offer up videos for a price and would give excuses about video not uploading to delay delivering the video, until she ignores you or you give up trying to get them. She also blocks her comments and would change her name often.

I have gotten scammed a few times now and it is a very uneasy feeling. I understand that models get scammed as well but as a customer who wanted to pay for porn, I find it very disgusting that some models can do this and don't feel bad doing it.

That's why you should only do "privates" and pay tokens through the site.

And yeah, I see the "I don't want to pay the middleman...yada yada yada".

As a member I'd recommend almost always doing tokens for a show or custom video. I think gift cards and wish lists are better as true gifts once you have an established relationship with a model. Maybe there is some barter but the key there is "established relationship".

As for custom videos I would avoid any model that doesn't already have videos for sale. Either through another site like ManyVids or the new share.myfreecams.com site. If they aren't showing that they've done videos then my impression is that they do not do videos.

I never thought of avoiding a model that blocks comments but I guess if they there there might be a reason - though I'm sure some guys do put crappy comments on when they feel wronged.

its more beneficial for the model long term to pay in the site. helps improve their rankings with the algorithm. also the site deserves their share. they supply the place and bandwidth to meet. use site approved payment methods instead in the future to save yourself from being scammed by these bitches.

contact amazon, see if they can refund. explain it was a scam. report the model the mfc.


just like i tell models, giftcards should be gifts only and not a be used as payments. that is how you get ripped off.

It's not as bad a story as the OP claims, at least, not on the models end of things.

The first model in question had been online for numerous hours, then offered him the show deal for the gift card (approaching 3am her time). She waited for confirmation of payment, but eventually started passing out nearing 4am. She logged out shortly after, but only after mailing the OP telling him that the show would be honored if payment was received, at a later time the next day. When she awoke the next morning, she found that the OP had posted numerous recordings (all in violation of DMCA) of her past streams to various sites with "scam" warning messages attached. She waited to see him come back online to confront him about it, though when he did, even after she offered him a full refund of his payment, things quickly devolved into name calling and attempts at blackmail.

Every attempt was made to rectify the situation in any way the OP saw fit, though the videos remain posted. The OP has even gone so far as to change his screen name on some of the sites he posted to to avoid detection or repercussions (in the case of [site name banned*12], the OP quickly swapped his name from "mallyishere" to "sexonthespot" once he knew his activity was being monitored). The mention of blocked comments is just insult to injury here, as it was brought about by users she had banned from her room for inappropriate behavior and online stalking posting numerous hateful messages on her wall that lead to her quitting camming for a quite a while after deleting 90% of her profile. She never made an attempt to reinstate the profile after coming back, comments included, not wishing to invite further abuse.

If you're going to post a complaint, post the whole story, not half of it.

I don't know who this person is here, but I did not get this message AT ALL about getting the show at a later date. They payment was redeemed a minute after being sent so I don't know where they got this information from.

Also, I had swapped my name and privated the videos because me and her are trying to resolve the issue. I didn't want people to be able to search for it, so you, as a third party trying to make a point is utterly irrelevant. Good job being a detective I guess?

At last, I'm going to say this was resolved as she paid me back after I had deleted the videos. I still have doubts about that night because I wouldn't be so desperate as she said nothing AT ALL after payment was received. I'm not gonna be a kiss ass and say "oh she paid me back, all is resolved, shes a great cam model!" But she was honorable enough to pay me back. So if anyone searched for her name, I would read through to post before doing anything, pay at your judgement.

You assume a lot about her character with nothing to stand on. The videos just came down this morning (on one site that is, the others are still up, just retitled with descriptions deleted...which you did mere moments after finding out she knew they existed, on the only site that would allow you to change your display name) but the payment was settled yesterday, and all messaging logs/mail still exist (MFC archives a record of them all).

As to me, she and I have been friends for a long time, and you've done quite enough splashing her name across the web. I'm quite happy to act in her stead, fully with her permission of course.

I'm glad you're happy with the refund, but changing titles and descriptions isn't removing copyrighted materials. As you said to her "I posted them with a VPN, DMCA can't touch me"...so it's far less about things being worked out and more about "whoops, I was too slow to swap my name" (though I'll grant you, three minutes WAS pretty fast, just not fast enough). I'm happy to drop this at this point, as I don't see any further resolution coming with that sites policy of ignoring DMCA, along with your quoted stance. If there's nothing more from you, you'll hear nothing more from me.

this guy is a liar... he sends fake payments to girls and then gets MAD when they dont fall for it and calls them " scammers" ive heard a lot of guys do that on mfc... they send girls fake gift cards... or fake payments by taking an old recipt from paypal or some other money sending service and altering the HTML to say the girls email and the amount they asked for , then they send it and when the girl realizes its a bogus email and theres nothing in their account they try the old " oh it will sohw up in a few days bb lets do the show ! come on bb im so horny anwer skype bb answer now answer i paid you answer now bitch! **calls frantically** then if the girl is smart enough to not believe his shit, they get PISSed off and call the girl a scammer and do everything they can to SABATOGE her... iveheard of it happening to many girls on the site...
