Let me apologise in advance for the lengthy post lol.
I've been scammed for 3000 tokens from a well known model on CB. Support are useless as each reply has a 2 day lag but they eventually decided to refund half (1500 tokens) as a "good will gesture" and keep referring to tips being voluntary etc. They obviously agree that the model is lying hence why they have returned half of the tokens. Is there anything I can do to get the rest ?
A brief breakdown on what happened:
I had originally asked the model if she was free to go pvt and she replied no but said I can tip for a request. I asked the model very clearly if she can physically use a fuck machine whilst wearing pantyhose to which she replied yes and referred to it as "poking"
I replied that "poking" would be fine and asked if the toy could go deep enough for her to squirt to which she also replied "Yes". Please note that this was the main premise of my request. Its obvious from the tip notes that this was not exactly an negotiation. I asked if a certain act was physically possible and then asked for a price to see that act to which she stated 3000 tokens and i agreed (bear in mind she has a triple squirt and machine control option for 2000 tokens on her tip menu)
The request was to wear pantyhose and thigh high socks and to allow me to control her f machine untill she squirted in the pantyhose then to rip them and take the toy deeper until she squirted again
Now this is where the problems begin on the day i couldn't remain online much longer to see what I had requested. So I offered to still tip the 3000 tokens so she didn't feel like I was wasting her time and for taking her attention away from the room and we agreed we would do it at a later date.
After a couple weeks have passed we are both finally online at the same time and the room isn't too busy so she we agree to do the request. Before she started I asked her if she remembered the whole request which she did not reply to. She put on the pantyhose without the socks and just as she was about to rip the pantyhose I messaged her to stop as "poking" was the first and main part of the request. She then proceeded to sit there and argue about what the request actually was and showed me what she had written in her "notes"... I then sent her the screenshots of the tip notes and she decided to send the control link for 5 mins. I said thanks for the link but declined to accept and explained that it was because she had already ripped the pantyhose because like i mentioned before using the machine with the pantyhose intact was the main thing i wanted to see in the request.
Her attitude changed immediately and she started to say things like "we can go down that route if you want CB know me VERY well", "I'm the model you're the fan who do you think support will believe" and "i make them lots of money" before continuing to repeat "I have fulfilled your request" to every message i sent her. I imagine this was an attempt to skew any independent reviewers opinion on what happened and to paint me as the problem in this situation. I have been nothing but respectful to the model and at first put this down to a miscommunication and i even said i was open to renegotiating the request but as she was repeating herself renegotiating my request was not an option.
She did not fulfil my request of "pantyhose, thigh high socks, machine control and 2 squirts" and she did not fulfil the request she claims to have fulfilled as she did not squirt and i did not accept the link for machine control.
Of course she rejected the refund request and continued to lie to support by saying things like:
"This user tip noted me during a stream asking for a lot of things, I did not agree to do"
"He tipped for the request then cancelled"
"I fulfilled his request and he kept trying to add things on"
"He kept harassing me"
"I only sent him a control link to calm him down"
Is there anything I can do to get the rest of my tokens returned?
