Scammed by popular CB model

Hi all,

Let me apologise in advance for the lengthy post lol.

I've been scammed for 3000 tokens from a well known model on CB. Support are useless as each reply has a 2 day lag but they eventually decided to refund half (1500 tokens) as a "good will gesture" and keep referring to tips being voluntary etc. They obviously agree that the model is lying hence why they have returned half of the tokens. Is there anything I can do to get the rest ?

A brief breakdown on what happened:
I had originally asked the model if she was free to go pvt and she replied no but said I can tip for a request. I asked the model very clearly if she can physically use a fuck machine whilst wearing pantyhose to which she replied yes and referred to it as "poking"

I replied that "poking" would be fine and asked if the toy could go deep enough for her to squirt to which she also replied "Yes". Please note that this was the main premise of my request. Its obvious from the tip notes that this was not exactly an negotiation. I asked if a certain act was physically possible and then asked for a price to see that act to which she stated 3000 tokens and i agreed (bear in mind she has a triple squirt and machine control option for 2000 tokens on her tip menu)

The request was to wear pantyhose and thigh high socks and to allow me to control her f machine untill she squirted in the pantyhose then to rip them and take the toy deeper until she squirted again

Now this is where the problems begin on the day i couldn't remain online much longer to see what I had requested. So I offered to still tip the 3000 tokens so she didn't feel like I was wasting her time and for taking her attention away from the room and we agreed we would do it at a later date.

After a couple weeks have passed we are both finally online at the same time and the room isn't too busy so she we agree to do the request. Before she started I asked her if she remembered the whole request which she did not reply to. She put on the pantyhose without the socks and just as she was about to rip the pantyhose I messaged her to stop as "poking" was the first and main part of the request. She then proceeded to sit there and argue about what the request actually was and showed me what she had written in her "notes"... I then sent her the screenshots of the tip notes and she decided to send the control link for 5 mins. I said thanks for the link but declined to accept and explained that it was because she had already ripped the pantyhose because like i mentioned before using the machine with the pantyhose intact was the main thing i wanted to see in the request.

Her attitude changed immediately and she started to say things like "we can go down that route if you want CB know me VERY well", "I'm the model you're the fan who do you think support will believe" and "i make them lots of money" before continuing to repeat "I have fulfilled your request" to every message i sent her. I imagine this was an attempt to skew any independent reviewers opinion on what happened and to paint me as the problem in this situation. I have been nothing but respectful to the model and at first put this down to a miscommunication and i even said i was open to renegotiating the request but as she was repeating herself renegotiating my request was not an option.

She did not fulfil my request of "pantyhose, thigh high socks, machine control and 2 squirts" and she did not fulfil the request she claims to have fulfilled as she did not squirt and i did not accept the link for machine control.

Of course she rejected the refund request and continued to lie to support by saying things like:
"This user tip noted me during a stream asking for a lot of things, I did not agree to do"
"He tipped for the request then cancelled"
"I fulfilled his request and he kept trying to add things on"
"He kept harassing me"
"I only sent him a control link to calm him down"

Is there anything I can do to get the rest of my tokens returned?

It sounds like miscommunication and both parties wanting to be right instead of coming to an agreeable compromise. If she was trying to scam you, I think she would have just straight up blocked you after you tipped and when you disappeared for a few weeks instead of trying to put on a show for you when you eventually came back.

So, I personally think going to support to complain about her (and possibly claiming she scammed you, like you did here) was wrong on your part. I get that you wanted your money back since you didn’t get precisely what you wanted, but going to support could have potentially caused her to lose her account. And it seems like had a different approach been taken with her, you could have reached a suitable compromise with the model.

I thought we had a good rapport as well tbh id even suggested we'd do it on Skype but she actually said no to that suggestion which i respected the whole thing was very odd and im still skeptical which is why I haven't outed her name or anything but I don't want to message her in case she genuinely does feel like im harassing her.

I 100% put it down to a miscommunication at first but when she started saying things like "go to support they will only side with me anyway" and refused to speak to me any further I didnt want to pester her but I genuinely didnt know what else to do at the time. (I didnt know it could lead to her losing her account)

I only say she scammed me now because of her reply to the refund request saying she had done xyz and she hadn't and claiming I was harassing her. But when I went to support I didnt say she had scammed me i had it down as a miscommunication.

Maybe i was wrong for the choice of title for this thread.

Look mate, you tip at your own risk. You can't go laying down 3000 tokens one day and then expect to come back and expect something in return weeks later. If you tipped for something then chose not to receive it at the time then that's your lookout. It's like guys who tip 6 x 50 tokens and then say they should get the 300 token item from the tip menu. No mate, you can have 6 of the 50 token items or fuck off. If you tip and don't take the thing you tipped for at the time then it's a gift. You can't expect the model to be negotiating with you over "credit" you've built up. You utter fucking headwreck.

Like I said already I only sent the 3k so she didn't think I was wasting her time and I said this to her and she agreed said thank you and agreed to accept the tokens in advance.

All the information is there bro. I didnt tip 3k in smaller tips and I didnt tip and cancel on her but if it makes you feel better then you can continue believing thats what happened

I said what might affect you might not affect someone else (which you have just agreed on) because someone said i was demanding/expecting her to throw off her ph levels.. that is not the case

I asked her if it was physically possible and if she was OK with performing that which she said "yes" to.

If the model agreed to it all and did not mention anything about ph levels one would assume that the act would not do this to her. If she had an after thought that is perfectly fine and in fact she wouldn't have even needed to explain that. Even if she just said she was no longer feeling it. I would have happily accepted that.

I was encouraged to make a request and tip due to the model being to busy to go pvt. Due to the room being busy getting the request across took longer then expected and I ran out of time.

I offered off my own back to still tip the agreed amount and agreed to do the request at a later date so she didnt think I was wasting her time. She said that was fine and appreciated the thought. After some weeks pass we finally find a time that works for both of us and we agree to do the request as planned.

The issue here is that we are now disputing the actual details of the request after a bit of back and forth she tells me to go to support as she will no longer be entertaining the discussion and proceeds to ignore my messages going forward.

I contacted support asking for the chat logs to see if we could find the actual request. Support replied with the models reasons for rejecting my refund request where she has stated that she has carried out the request even though she hadn't so I sent support the info I attached to the thread and they refunded me half of the full tip.
