there are several grips for masturbation, with a few variations on them
the standard of course is holding it in one hand, usually the dominant one, with the thumb towards the glans
then there is the overhand grip, which is reversed to that.
there is the 2 or 3 finger fast rub, wherein the thumb and two or three fingers are used only on the glans itself, i recommend either lots of lube or a foreskin for that one btw
there is the palm only where the penis is pressed against the belly and rubbed vigorously by the palm
that one can be reversed sort of by using the palm to press downwards and rubbing the top of the penis (again, remember the lube guys)
most other one handed grips are variations on those
two handed you've got the holy cow, or priest's variation. you clasp your hands as though in prayer and go to town.
