First I'd like to apologize for not being on here for the past few weeks. First week my husband was on vaca and he was hoggin' the computer. Then this past weekend I damaged my back. Hahaha, saddly I was putting a frying pan in my dishwasher when the next thing I heard was a loud CRACK and my legs went out. I ended up going to the ER Sunday Evening/Monday Morning because my back and hips were killing me. After being in the ER for a total of 4 1/2 hrs I was told I have a bulging disc on my L5 which is right before my tailbone. I'm feeling a little bit better now with the muscle relaxers and and noninflammatory.
Anyways, my nurse and dr. told me I needed to strengthen my core muscles which will in the end help with my back. I was wondering if you ladies had any exercises that you would like to recommend or anything that could help me get those muscles in better shape.
