This may be an unpopular opinion, but....I find a lot of girls who promote their tumblr but spend the majority of their postings on how much they hate customers. I get it, we get frustrated. I've done a little whining here and there.
I mean, if custies or potential followers are reading how annoyed you are all the time, how is that enticing?
I see this A LOT on Tumblr, not really with ACF models but a lot of girls I follow. A lot of mocking guys who ask dumb questions via Ask box, complaining about freeloaders, that kind of thing. The part that seems counterproductive to me is that Tumblr isn't MFC or anywhere that the guys are necessarily already into camgirls. It's more (in my experience, maybe it's different for others) about finding people who are looking at naughty photos and then showing them how awesome & hot you are, and why they should come to your chatroom and shower you in tokens. So not only do I find I get more "wait, what, I have to pay?!" type of responses there (which I think is just par for the course on a website that isn't dedicated to camming), but it's also introducing people to camming...so why not do it in a friendly way?
I remember when I was new on ACF and was creeping on Miss Lollipop's Tumblr. Someone sent her an ask that other girls would've ripped into (something like "ur so hot" or whatever), and she replied in a super friendly, kind and explanatory way...it sounds silly but it gave me so much respect for her and showed me part of why she is so successful, which is being respectful and kind to everyone. I definitely can be a crabbypants sometimes but I try to think of that when I'm grumpy!
And I get everyone has their own style, but I often see it paired with girls who are complaining that they aren't hitting their goals/are struggling. Maybe frustration breeds more frustration, but sometimes I wanna be like "girl BE NICE!". I guess it's just a pet peeve of mine.
