WebMoney Alternative in Colombia

I'm asking this on behalf of a model friend of mine who lives in Colombia. She says First Choice Pay is no longer available as a payment solution for MFC. wiki.myfreecams.com/wiki/Payment_Information_for_Models#Payment_methods still lists First Choice Pay as the recommended solution. So, I have two questions.

Does anyone know for sure if First Choice Pay is no longer available to accept the monthly payments from MFC? I couldn't find anything authoritative on MFC or First Choice Pay that mentions the change.

Second, and assuming First Chioce Pay is no longer available... What is the recommended payout system for Colombian MFC models? I do realize ACF is mostly for non-latina models, but it's a great site and I'm guessing someone out there has already dealt with this.

First Choice isn't available for payments from MFC or any other site. Some girls are switching to ePayments, but I found out today it's not an option in Colombia.
I submitted my ID to WebMoney and I'm waiting to hear back from them. It looks like their fees are a lot lower than Paxum's.

Paxum is a last resort, I would say. It has a $50 wire transfer fee.

I'll keep you posted with any updates.
