Unable to cash out tokens, no support response yet!

I went to Reddit and they led me here. I haven’t used my chaturbate account in a long time because I went to a different site. In March, Boleyn Models shut down for a minute and they released my chaturbate account from the studio. I’m not sure if that has anything to do with it but I did talk to BM support and they again confirmed my account was released. So, on Monday I decided to check Chaturbate out again and had a great stream. Now it’s time to cash out and it’s saying

“Unable to cash out. Contact support.”

I can still stream, I didn’t get any notifications that I did anything wrong. I messaged Chaturbate support over 24 hours ago.

I’m glad you got your account sorted out! Just noting for future readers that it’s most likely that support just happened to finally get around to your message and fix your account and not so much that you posted here. There are a lot of people who think they won’t get help unless they post here and I just want to dispel that misconception. Sometimes patience is all it takes
