Hello, my nickname is herbal_sommelier.

On December 12, I found that I couldn't cash-out my tokens or tip someone, so I created a support ticket.

However, it's been almost 6 days and I still haven't received a response.

It would be great if you could respond, x-mas is coming soon, my rent is coming, and I'm also very worried about my account - I've been streaming on chaturbate for 3 years now, and it would be a great tragedy for me if my account gets locked...
 
I submitted a ticket Saturday and received a response this afternoon. Others have submitted tickets and received responses in a relatively decent turn around time, there must be something you're saying or not saying in your correspondence to them. If you're snarking at the staff in emails, they will happily ignore any communications they receive from you.
Lol, you can see all the posts I've gotten from them in this forum thread. And one exactly the same message (letter for letter) on Twitter.

Although what am I talking about... I also filed an official request for clarification of my situation And how my data was used and where it was transferred by the Chaturbate staff.
I also have not received a response, it has been more than 45 days, this is the deadline for a response, as my lawyer said.

A few months ago onlyfans itself changed my payment details to someone else's. And to a completely different payment system.
It was definitely not a hack of my account or mail (I use a completely separate mail with a complex password, as well as two-factor authorization. In addition, the authorization history shows that authorizations were only from my computer and IP), also I did not receive notifications about the change of payment system.
Moreover, the payment data was changed after I ordered the payment.
In general - it is obvious that this is a problem on their side.
Surprisingly, the payment to someone else's data was successful (although some data remained my own. In this case such payment is usually automatically canceled by the payment system).
I contacted onlyfans technical support and they FULLY ignored my message about it, I only got a reply like “if the money was received, we can't cancel the payment”.
The payment details also had the email address of the person who owns the details. I contacted this person and..... the girl showed me my payment details in her account. In general, somehow onlyfans just mixed up the payment data of users (which is a fatal error - it is in some way a leak of personal data, as well as the payment of funds to another person is not the most pleasant event)
So, that's what I'm saying - then I was convinced that companies like onlyfans, chaturbate and so on will not admit their mistake related to data leakage until the last moment. It's just dangerous for them, lol.
By the way, the amount that was sent to the other person was absolutely no big deal. But I wrote to support not because of the money, but because I realize how big and dangerous a mistake it is.
Later I talked to some agency owners I know and they told me that this problem is quite common, but onlyfans always ignores it

Wow, that even sounds weird. But regarding the recognition of the mistake, I support it. And even when it doesn’t concern data leakage.
You are more likely to receive a message that sounds like a warning, asking you to confirm that you understand what you are being accused of, than an apology.
I think we will never understand this.

I just answered the question. I clarified this so that this does not happen again.

I can't be the only one feeling like this

scheme of operation of such exchangers:
We receive tokens from models and send them money to the card, and then we cash the tokens ourselves
was ultimately the culprit for the investigation and the ban. Maybe it wasn't allowed afterall, or at least some of the tokens sent to you from other models were fradulent.

I didn't get tokens from any other models. If other models sent stolen tokens to the exchanger I sent the tokens to, it's not my fault.
So my connection to the exchanger was the same as the other models.

It's like if some viewer sends you stolen tokens and all your viewers are blocked

Sorry I misread your previous post.

I still think the token exchanger situation had at least some role in your issue. But I guess we'll never know, as there's unlikely going to be any more info given to you from CB support.

But if you're really curious - some of my viewers on Chaturbate came there at my request from Onlyfans and Fansly, so I have a connection with them outside of Chaturbate

I'm not stupid enough to ask 50,000 on Twitter if they got any money back - of course they'll say they didn't get any, hoping I'll personally send them some money HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

However, it is strange that they allow such exchangers to operate - there is confirmation on this from their technical support

Cool. It may just be a de facto statement in the template.

If there's a permanent ban on the account then the tokens balance would logically be zero. I've had a negative balance once because I was accidentally paid twice.

Can you explain how token exchangers were used here? I don't know anything about them, is it crypto or?

It means I imagine other people have read this thread and also, like me, think the token exchanger was part of the problem.
Makes sense to me, I don't understand how those services can exist, no matter how you slice it they are basically buying the tokens. When I first heard of Bantokens I thought that was ridiculous and surely wasn't allowed and yet some how they are still around?
