Hello, my nickname is herbal_sommelier.

On December 12, I found that I couldn't cash-out my tokens or tip someone, so I created a support ticket.

However, it's been almost 6 days and I still haven't received a response.

It would be great if you could respond, x-mas is coming soon, my rent is coming, and I'm also very worried about my account - I've been streaming on chaturbate for 3 years now, and it would be a great tragedy for me if my account gets locked...

Show us, was it a situation where they broadcasted off the master account or was it one of those "fake" studios where they manually transfer the tokens?

He said his account had no connection to him at all I dont think he shared payment method.
This topic was some time ago. After some time, they received an answer and a partial solution to the situation, after which the topic was raised again because the situation was not completely resolved. So I don't think it's a fake studio.

I think I understand what you are talking about when you talk about the topic when one person contacted several times, naming new names. I saw it, and no, that's not what I'm talking about.

Yes, I also think that if there is no connection (documents), but only that they used the same computer, then this should not be a problem.

But Chaturbate detects every new computer (login to account), Therefore, theoretically it is possible to link these two accounts. Even though it sounds like nonsense.

We all know it's possible to link and CBs JavaScript takes it to the next level, just haven't seen them do that for just receiving that's why I asked if he had sent the tokens out to someone else.

I just thought of something @herbalsomml did you tip someone with your tokens that you received shortly before your token freeze?
A few weeks (or a week) before, I sent tokens to another account - a token exchanger (this is very popular in Russia and chaturbate allows them to work. That is, they receive tokens from models and give the models money in local currency, and then withdraw the tokens from their account themselves)
I may have also sent small amounts of money to other models who were broadcasting

Do you have documented proof from Chaturbate saying as much? I ask because this sounds very similar to token "recycling" (not sure of the correct term), which (in my experience) is only somewhat tolerated, and mostly ignored for top-placement and/or top-earning accounts only. But models (acquaintances of mine) have in fact been banned for such activities. I'm just saying it's good to have proof and don't just assume because you or others have done it in the past without penalty.

Yes, I've seen emails where people I know were asking if they could do that a long time ago. Give me some time pls to find it

Here's what they responded to my friend's message regarding such exchangers a few months ago.
I hid the dates and nickname so they wouldn't link another person's account to me and block him too

/ I edited the post again so that it doesn't even contain the text this person wrote - I don't know what's on this site's mind /

I hope that's proof enough for you.
I know that there are at least 5 such exchangers in Russia, which have been operating for many, many years and exchanging just a huge amount of tokens
For example here, even by the number of likes you can understand how big this business is - such a thing simply cannot be done without attention from chaturbate

Yes, I greatly appreciate you taking the time to find and share this information. I hope for a speedy resolution in your case. ;)

Such exchangers have existed for a long time and are not illegal, rather it is a gray area.

This applies not only to tokens from Chaturbate, but also, for example, to payment systems such as Paxum. This may seem strange to many, but I will try to explain.

Many sites have a limited number of payment systems, most of them are suitable for the US, UK, or Canada, but even with Europe there are difficulties, Not to mention the CIS countries.

For example, a check or direct bank transfer is not available to other countries, or is practically impossible to receive. Paxum used to do direct bank transfers, but this has also been unavailable for over a year now. Yes, you can still receive payment to your paxum account, but the only withdrawal is cryptocurrency. But to get this, you will also need this exchanger.

Since it is difficult to track, you face difficulties in paying taxes and declaring funds. (Because you receive cash). But this is more of a problem for the state, since you have time to declare it (for example, 3 months). Therefore, the question arises whether everyone pays taxes.

It used to be easier because you just made a direct transfer from Paxum to your account and paid the tax immediately (or at the end of the period). But I don't think Chaturbate gets into it. Rather, it is a problem of the state, which cannot fix this.

When you transfer tokens to another account, it looks like a tip to Chaturbate. If you didn't steal these tokens, but earned them from broadcasts, I don't see any problems. Because according to the rules of the site, you can dispose of these tokens as you wish. Exchange or donate further to other people. At least that's how it's always been. And often other models would give hints. Or you just played by exchanging tokens. Never seen a problem with this.

Why in the hell do you feel the need to quote me and write a wall of text explaining something that has absolutely nothing to do with my post? You're just spewing a word-salad stating obvious shit about platform payment systems and banking through various countries and their respective nuances, and whatnot... like, DUH! Has NOTHING to do with what I was asking about.

My post was strictly requesting if the other user had some documented proof for their claims (which they did, and gratefully shared), because an acquaintance of mine was previously banned for what I thought might have been a somewhat similar activity. It was years ago, and not directly related to me so I never really pursued it further. But thanks for the rudimentary financial lesson today.

Oh, I didn't notice that I tagged your name. I would apologize for making a mistake, but you insulted me, so I won't do that.

This information may not mean anything to you, but someone else may be able to take what they need.

For you this may indeed seem like nonsense because you don't encounter anything like this in your country and I understand that. I think many people have never even heard of the existence of such exchangers, so this looks suspicious to you. And it's completely normal when it works differently for you.
I can't change the name in the previous post without it being tied to you, so just ignore it.

What's it say? I can't see it at all. Doesn't make sense to me, I assume the service would get fraud locked the moment someone tried to cash fraudulent tokens. I assume they have a lot of accounts?

Edit: oh I see it but would really have to see the way the question was worded
The question was posed with a full description of the scheme of operation of such exchangers:
We receive tokens from models and send them money to the card, and then we cash the tokens ourselves (the meaning is as follows)

Given that both Chaturbate and cryptocurrency are not legal in Russia, and you can get the status of “foreign agent” for receiving money from abroad - such exchangers can be a salvation for models. Since the models then receive money from another Russian citizen, an individual

Wow, I didn't know things were this bad now. In this case, the exchanger is not a matter of convenience, but rather security.

But in any case, you do not receive payment from the exchanger, but on the contrary, you send it to him. From a legal standpoint, you simply gifted the tokens further. (I mean within the site boundary)

This is equivalent to the fact that one of the users sent a stolen token to some model, And everyone who donated in her room that day received a block.
