How to cam-in-cam (broadcast two cameras in one picture)?

Hi guys! So I searched quite a bit for an answer already posted before asking this and found nothing. I was wondering how one broadcasts two cameras at once in one picture. So, for instance you can see the models front and back during a cum show and so forth?

Also, how do models add text to their broadcast screen on the feed? Again, searched up and down on ACF and google and came up empty...which is odd for me. I'm a search guru

Most models use something like ManyCams or CamTwist to add multiple cameras and/or text.

If you're on a site that uses an encoder, you can also do it directly on OBS by adding multiple sources.
