Enabling Account

Hello guys,

around 2 weeks ago I was contacting CB Support to enable my closed account but I didnt receive any answer yet. I know we had X-mas and so on but I thought CB wouldnt take that long.
Its about my username "Hungking10".
Ive received the confirmation mail but no ticket number.

Can someone help?
