Hi! Please tell me how long on average it takes to get a response from the support service? I've been waiting for a month. Who has had what experience? I'm very worried that my letter was lost. I received a confirmation letter from the CB support service that they received my letter, but this letter did not contain a ticket number. I am worried and want my issue to be resolved. My hope is fading every day.
