Bit worried now...I only have my twitter and tumblr link in my bio now on CB, are those safe? :?
To me, it looks like if you have a domain that reroutes to tumblr they are just taking the account down without verifying. Use tinyurl to link to it, then it won't say your domain name/tumblr name/link.
Mandy's account was knocked down to an exhibitionist account, but they seemed to fix it in an hour or two, but still..

Sorry, I am double posting in this.
I hate to stir the pot and I don't want to get myself in anymore trouble. I love working on Chaturbate, I do, but I see there's double standards:
SavannahSteele is offering discounts for another website that is in no way affiliated with Chaturbate and she was a featured "porn star" that Chaturbate CHOSE to feature.
She even offers discounts on her bio.
But you're not allowed to take away purchases from Chaturbate.
She hasn't even been on in over 3 weeks. Why not feature models that are on everyday?

makes you wonder if the "new staff members" speak english well enough to understand who, what and why bans are even used in the first place. This whole pile of crap makes me regret I even suggested to 2 gals to consider the site as a decent one to join.

I think they rolled out changes too which are causing issues. I have, in the last week, seen glitches in the presentation of rooms. The same room appears about 10 times in a row, and many rooms appear repeatedly on the page.
Offline, chaturbating, exhibitionist are appearing mixed in with each other instead of the offline models being relegated to the end of the online folks.
So I wouldn't be surprised if there are also site issues as well as new staff banning issues. Guessing with the staff issues they're doing what most money making companies do. Out-source it to the cheapest location possible. You get what you pay for, and in this case, it could be costing you more than you anticipated!

Has any one been having bandwidth issues?
When I start a webcam stream, it's telling me that i've got poor bandwidth, which I have metered and tested through alternative websites (such as speedtest, through multiple nodes) as well as other sites. There is no such bandwidth issue.
My connection has more than 4Mb upload rate (on a 25Mb line) and through all other sites I can broadcast at 720/1080 with
high framerate.
It seems like the issue is exclusive to chaturbate and its really bumming me out since it was my favorite place to cam and now its next to impossible.

I have 70mbs down and 5mb up and it used to show as excellent, then suddenly it was like a flipbook, then it was excellent again, now it's showing as poor, even though the speedtests are always consistent. Seems like they aren't allowing you to broadcast at full bandwidth, but I see plenty of models that are so clear you can count their mustache hairs.
No clue why this happens, maybe it was just peak hours or something.

They have been MIA on the forums for a bit, maybe they will come back and answer questions.
Mine has been doing the quality thing for quiet a bit. Like months. I used to show as excellent and now even when trying to pick a setting even medium will go to Low and just Good quality. I cant even select excellent or high as it will tell me poor connection. Its the only site that does thia. Shirley came into my room a bit back and said it looked fine. I tried saying well it used to look amazeballs but now it doesnt since i have to pick such a crappy setting. I have an HD cam and this is nuts. !!

I would like to know how the Report Abuse feature works. How many people need to report someone before they go look at the broadcasters account to see if the infractions are legitimate?
If there is a blatant rule violation, but only one or two people that have reported the person, does the broadcaster get away with breaking the rules because not enough people were reporting it?

It is back up. I noticed they went down another day as well for a few minutes. They may be having sever issues.

If they don't start explaining their behavior soon they will have less and less models sticking around to wonder why.

Hmmm...websites with a join page and/or links to competitors ON the website itself, or separate links to competitors on our CB bios? I know many girls sometimes link to other sites we're signed up to on our personal webpages to promote ourselves.
I think linking to competitors on your Chaturbate profile was never allowed, which makes sense. Reading that tweet, I understand that now you are not allowed to have any link to any competitor on your personal site, nor sell memberships on your site (which makes you a competitor too). I suppose that just mentioning other competitors, without clickable links, on your site is also not allowed. I wonder what are the rules for twitter. I saw a MFC model recently joining Chaturbate and she said she had to remove "MFC" from her twitter screen name, which made her followers wonder if she was leaving MFC, which she was not.
From all of the above, it sort of sounds like Chaturbate is trying to become more of a "real camsite" but going about it in all the wrong, most annoying ways.

They say you can have a free blog, but Blaze was banned for having a free blog that also had a link in it for another cam site she didn't even use anymore - but almost every single model links their free blogs to their other sites.
I guess if you want to post your blog, then you are going to need to make a whole new free tumblr or something and never link any of your accounts to it.
Twitter on the other hand though, are they going to police every single tweet? I post info for Clips4Sale, my website, and mgf. I should be allowed to post that on my own twitter, because I also tweet about Chaturbate as well, but because it's mine.
