Well, not necessarily twice the points. Camscore supposedly USED to be Tokens Made/Time (Days) spent on MFC (Capped at 60 days?) or some such thing, but there are other factors involved. But someone figured that out so they changed the formulas.
But the basic idea is right. Given 2 models, 1 a "veteran" (Registered at least 60 days) and 1 a newb and both happen to make the same amount of tokens in a night (And whatever other factors being equal as well), then the newb's camscore will rise a larger amount than the veteran's.
It's even theoretically possible, given the same circumstances, for the veteran's camscore to rise, but the newb's to lower. To make this easier to understand, let's look at specific days, Today is September 3rd (By my clock). 60 days ago was July 5th. Let's say that the veteran model averages about 1k a night. Let's also say that on July 5th she had a really horrible day. She was on for a few hours and only made 200 tokens. Who knows why, but that's what happened. Now today she doesn't fair well either, only making 500 tokens. However, when tomorrow comes, July 5th has been dropped off. She had a bad day, but lost a worse one, so her camscore goes up a few points. Meanwhile, the newb makes 500 tokens today which, really, isn't THAT many. But because she hasn't been on MFC long, doesn't have many high token days established, and every day is counting towards her camscore, when tomorrow rolls around her camscore drops quite a bit.
TL;DR When you're a new model your camscore is quite volatile. Have some good nights right off the bat and your camscore can skyrocket. Start out poorly and it will drop.
