Kenny Omega is always brilliant.

^Check this match out when you get a chance. The crowd, the big fight feel, the strong style, the chop battle, the finish, just awesome stuff.

Re: Japanese wresting (or puro): pretty much any match involving any combination of Misawa, Kawada and/or Kobashi from around 95 to 2000 is pretty much guaranteed to be ****+. They worked a style that you just don't really see in WWE, starting slow and building towards a hot finish, stiffing the shit out of each other throughout the whole thing, busting out progressively more dangerous moves, essentially picking each other up and dropping each other on their heads by the end of it, and then someone gets killed dead with a LARIATOOOOO while the crowd and the announcers simultaneously shit themselves and when it's all over you wonder how someone wasn't legit killed.

Sunny beefin with https://twitter.com/ashleymassaro11 on twitter. I don't know man, nothing more eww than grown ass women acting this way but after seeing what Sunny is saying and retweeting, kinda glad Ashley decided to shit on her.
If I HAD to take a side, it'd be Ashley's. Sunny has no right to call other women that considering what she does now.

Rumble tonight, card looks awful but will still watch for the rumble match and to see Brock. Last good rumble imo was when Punk was preaching mid match, shit was hilarious. Let us take a quick look back at the greatness of CM Punk.

I'm really looking forward to it. Brock/Cena/Rollins should be really good and it's a rare title match in that it's not at all predictable. I could honestly see each guy winning. And Brock throwing people around is always a fun time.

Rumble matches are always fun and with this one, we're either gonna see a Daniel Bryan win (which is what most people want, I think) or we're gonna see the Philly crowd absolutely shit on the match. Either of which should be entertaining. Plus, there could be some cool surprises. ECW Originals, and returns for Orton and Sheamus are being rumoured and even The Rock's said to be in Philly (though I'd be shocked if he did anything more than a promo, if that).

The six-man tag on the pre-show should be really good as well. And seeing as it's on the pre-show, that means it should be all but guaranteed to a) get a decent amount of time, and b) have a clean finish.

The rest of the card does look pretty meh though.

I got the network the other day to watch the rumble (first PPV I've watched in years..and I'm pretty sure the last one before that was when a camgirl was showing it in her room....).

A few hiccups in the network feed, though nothing (of value or otherwise) was lost.
Ascension vs NAO was...what I expected
Tag Title match was ...ok... Sandow is great in his gimmick.
Divas match was meh
I loved the world title match, and being from philly originally I love the philly reactions.

Rumble wasn't the clusterfuck it was last year, though it was 'interesting' to see them get daniel in early, and eliminate him relatively quickly. Daniel Bryan chants for portions of the match.

WWE, I hate to say this...Roman Reigns is NOT over with the crowd. You can have Rock give him all the rub you want, he's not there yet. Hint: don't ever EVER have him say 'suffering sucotash' in an interview EVER again.

I really dug it overall. The two matches I was expecting to be good were good and great respectively and as soon as Bryan got eliminated in the Rumble, it was at least comical watching (and hearing) the Philly crowd shit on everything. Austin's doing a live podcast on the Network with HHH next week, so I'm interested in hearing how HHH justifies ignoring the fans at every turn to shove wrestlers who they're not interested in down their throats until they completely reject the current product, and then wonder why RAW viewership and Network subscriptions are down.

Triple threat and the surprise entrants were great but holy shit what a bad ending. Dude is so not ready. Almost felt bad for him. No way do they go forward with Brock and Reigns at Mania.

I felt bad for him too. He was doing fine in The Shield, just wasn't/isn't ready for a singles push, and he had the misfortune of being fed some of the worst lines and promos in recent memory which only made things worse. When the fans were already behind guys like Bryan, Ziggler and Ambrose, he never really stood a chance. Apparently Vince is determined to go ahead with Lesnar/Reigns at Mania, but I guess we'll see.

I'm pretty much the same as you guys. Loved the triple threat match. Rumble was decent except for Reigns winning. He's not terrible by any stretch, but he's clearly not ready and now that he's won the rumble, they pretty much HAVE to keep going with him.

As well as the points some of you guys have mentioned such as Reigns not being over/ready, there were also two other things that were wrong with the rumble in my view. For one where the hell were the big suprise entries like in previous years?? All we got was Bubba Ray Dudley & the Boogeyman! Also some big names where missing such as Cena (I know he was in the triple threat, but we've seen guys do double-duty at rumble before), Orton, Meysterio, Batista, Sting & I think they missed a trick not having Triple H enter himself, as I think that would've added a really good twist to things.

All the smarks on /r/squaredcircle are acting like last night was the end of the world.
Seen dudes cancelling their subscriptions haha, it isn't that serious guys, still real to them dammit! It can be embarrassing being a wrestling fan, nothing worse than being at a live event and seeing a mom with her kids and she's screaming some of the foulest shit you have ever heard at the wrestlers. Some funny people as well, got a chuckle out of these.

Just listened to Austin's podcast, reviewing the Rumble. Dood is just on-point about everything, really deconstructing everything they did wrong, and why the fans were never gonna buy Reigns as the winner. Really looking forward to the live podcast with HHH next week.

My favourite whining reddit guy was the one who, after some guys praised the Lesnar/Heyman/Reigns segment on RAW, went off on one about how one segment doesn't wipe away years of - and I quote - "abuse at the hands of Vince McMahon".

Have a new favorite female wrestler, she is green as can be but if she wears these outfits all the time then I'm going to have to watch Stardom more often.

I grew up watching the old AWA, WCCW, and WWF stuff so with the trial I had it was nice to see some of that stuff on there. But being born and raised in Pennsylvania what I really loved was seeing the ECW stuff on there. I still have a decent amount of Hardcore TV episodes on VHS and a decent amount of DVDs in storage if the tapes still work but it was nice to relive other stuff they had on there. I'd buy it in the future just for more of that but right now have other priorities and just too damn busy to spend on the network if I know I have no time to watch it.
As for the current stuff? Japan is still putting out good stuff but I don't really watch WWE anymore. A lot of people laugh at me for it but I've actually enjoyed TNA a lot more over the last few years. Each company has it's good and bad points but I just feel TNA offers a better product right now.

Forgot all about NxT, hope they explain what's going on because I haven't watched sinced the last event. How has Kenta/Itomi been doing?
