I thought it was a bit funny. Like the guilty giggle that saying "poop" gives me. Also, I felt included like camming yay! I know what camming is. Easily amused. Hehe. This thread has made me wonder how some of you girls can cope with the trolls while camming. If this goofy dufus hurt your feelings, I can't help but worry that the daily parade of rudeness that happens in our rooms might be damaging to your being. Of course, the occasional troll might pierce our armor with the wrong word at the right moment , but this is nothing.

This is the same guy who recommends dragon kicking your kids to discipline them and draws pictures of himself as a pirate. I don't feel like I have to say anymore :lol:

Well this time his joke was a bit hostile in my opinion though he may have meant for it to be funny.

It's just a joke, somewhat like Triumph, the Insult Comic Dog. He spouts off insults, based off of mostly surface facts, however flawed they may be in reality, and tries to make comedy out of just how *low* and outrageous he can get. Think of it like any troll that is trying to get a laugh by saying whatever gets a reaction. Maddox is doing a similar thing, insulting camgirls as a whole because he thinks it will get a laugh. And, honestly, it made me laugh too.

Comedy isn't always kind, you have to learn to let it flow and laugh at it sometimes. Don't take it too seriously.

By the look of the article he was mostly referencing "bad" models, the kind that get posted on this forum all the time for their bad lighting, bad attitude, etc. issues. I don't see it as any worse than any of the members here that poke fun from time to time It's in the name of comedy, and you need a thicker skin if this feels like such an awful attack. You'll be called much worse things than what this guy said, believe me, and I've only been camming for 6 months. :lol:

I just finished playing through Arkham Asylum again since the new one is coming and one question bugs the hell out of me...WHY DOESN'T HE JUST KILL THE JOKER!!

Every time he locks him up he escapes and kills a bunch more people!

I do think the pics of him in the blonde wig are pretty funny, and I agree that some of the stuff some models say/do is pretty comical. I'm actually a bit surprised he didn't comment on the fake moaning and orgasms (or make a video to demonstrate). :lol:

But keep in mind that not every cam girl is gonna giggle over some guy calling her a "bitch" or "prostitute." Doesn't mean she lacks a sense of humor. :twocents-02cents:

People make those kinds of comments and judgements about us all the time. All that matters is that we like our job, and we have the ability to run our chat rooms the way we want to (for the most part), and can ban the guys who are assholes.

It's a pretty obvious thing through out a lot of the comics/movies/cartoons that he is part of the reason some (including the Joker) of these super villains in his universe exist.

I don't get why everyone is getting so upset. Nearly everything he said are things we ALL find humorous about camgirls. We giggle about these things in numerous threads on the forum.

As for using words like prostitute, well its like glitter on macaroni art, you don't need it, but it really makes the piece "pop" :lol:

Sorry to go off topic, but it surprised me to see that some cam girls get extremely pissed when guys call them "bb" to the point that they've made it a rule to insta-ban anyone who says it. Sure, they sound dumb as hell saying it, but I've even seen a lot of PAYING guys say it. It's become THE popular thing on all the cam sites, I've noticed. :lol: But to ban a person JUST because they greeted you with "bb" at the end of their sentence.....seems a bit extreme to me.

Sometimes I like to have a little fun with some of the silly "bb" guys I get in my room.....

I had to laugh at myself a few years ago when I felt rage at Eminem shoving Triumph the Insult Comic Dog away. Eminem is definitely someone who lacks a sense of humor, but overreaction is funny too.

Maddox has found a humor-niche, but he probably isn't getting rich over it. Insult humor isn't for everyone, and many who dislike Don Rickles, Sam Kinison, or similar may have otherwise perfectly good senses of humor. Humor itself is not based on good things; if we think of all the jokes and humorous scenes in movies, TV, or real life, it's difficult to think of one example of humor being about something benevolent. "Nice" things just aren't funny--unless you're making fun of fake niceness.

Having said that, everything isn't funny. Making jokes "too soon" about the death of people generally isn't funny:

Yeah I know, but it kind of makes Batman morally diabolical! He's an enabler of death. He's not directly killing people but he's directly enabling the Joker to do it! There's nothing "good" about sparing the life of a repeat murderer when you know by doing so you're condemning future innocents to death.

PS, could Superman not just like take one weekend off, fly out from Metropolis and throw all Batman's archenemies into the sun or something? Most of them don't actually have any powers.

I think on a subconscious level Batman likes having villains because he needs to work through his hangups of seeing his family killed. Since he is a very rich man he creates all the conditions needed for his villains to exist never knowing he is the cause. I think locking him up in Arkham asylum would do more good to Gotham than anything else he is a very sick man.

It's always amused me that Superman appears to be so ridiculously overpowered compared to everyone else in the DC universe. I think this PA comic captures the theme perfectly

Like basically any of the x-men, neither godlike nor just a very capable person in a flamboyant outfit.
