Hello, a few weeks ago for some reason when I broadcast live on CB, in the chat it constantly sends me notifications that the user has joined the room, but after a few seconds it says that he has left the room, that would not be a problem because there are users who when they see that nothing happens they simply go to another room and it is normal, but after a few seconds of that they get the same thing again that they join and then leave the room constantly, I do not know if this happens because for some reason CB kicks them out of my room or if it is for another reason, I would like to know if this has happened to someone else and if they know how to solve it.

One possibility is if the stream is lagging/buffering and the user refreshes the webpage trying to get it to load.
If a user tries refreshing 5 times, it will show the user as entering/leaving your room 5 times.
I'm just a user here but some of thew models may have more insight

Here’s another possibility, from the user/member side: they’re visiting the site from their phone, and jumping between other apps during the show.

For example, they’re having a text exchange and keep going back & forth between their browser and their messages app. Or checking social media frequently, etc.

Certainly I see this a lot as a moderator and it usually coincides with the page buffering or freezing up. Interestingly, the model seems to be unaware that the page is buffering so you may not be either I guess. As previously mentioned, the leaving and rejoining is them refreshing the page in the browser.

Yeah I just take it as a cue I need to refresh.

I'll refresh a lot when chat is stuck in the "Trying to Reconnect" loop in hopes that I get out of that loop. Not sure if it actually helps though...

If the 'left/join' notifications are only for one user (or just a few), it's likely that they're on a poor connection, or just bouncing between rooms or other windows/apps.
If it's showing up for a lot of users, much more likely your broadcast quality has decreased.
Caveat: global servers can cause users in one geographical region to have poor connection quality, while others see no issues.

I'm assuming it's due to the page buffering or freezing up, because there are times when they actually give out a lot of tokens and the show is quite lively, but it keeps happening. Do you have any recommendations to fix it or see if it's really because of that? At least what I try to fix connection issues is change servers, sometimes the join/left function decreases for a moment, but after a while it continues to happen.

Raise a ticket with support. Ask any affected members (if you know them and they are regulars) to do the same. You'll probably be asked to jump through a lot of hoops but hopefully you'll get a resolution in the end.

Thanks, I'll try to do it and see if it solves it.

User here. Like others have said, it sounds likely the viewer is hitting refresh. Any time I'm spamming refresh, either the audio and video are out of sync or the room isn't loading properly.

There's a model I'm a regular with. I recently had the problem where her stream was unwatchable - either getting a few seconds of sound with no picture or a completely frozen picture with no sound. I'm in her fanclub so I used DM to let her know why I was bouncing in and out of the room and failing to interact (I'm not sure either chat or PM worked).

She said everything looked fine from her end (good bitrate, etc.) and nobody else had said anything, so it wasn't clear if I was the only one affected. But no amount of refreshing at my end made a difference and other rooms were working fine. I changed browser. I changed VPN server. I logged out and tried viewing anonymously. Nothing worked.

Then she changed her 'broadcast key' (whatever that means) and it sorted the problem right away - she had to go offline for a moment do do this, which could be a problem in a busier room. Had the same issue the next night I visited her room and she changed her broadcast key as soon as she saw me doing the in-out-in-out refresh dance. Fixed the problem instantly.
