This isn't a "wtf" but it's one of those stupid funny kinds of things that is far too common - there isn't a topic for this specific so here will be fine to share it.

So, this model I visit and I am her knight, has changed account/studio.
She had about 5 or 6 knights in total, the other ones never cared about trying to help her at all in the slightest, as with most, they just wanted the knight status to make themselves look important.
So today is her first day on her new account. She knighted me straight away but one of her other knights, i think she had only knighted him when she was very new to the site (back in September/October 2020). He has literally NEVER once tried to do anything for her, not even a "remember to follow [model]" - something quite basic, you know.

Yet today, suddenly because he is not a knight, he has started to do it immediately after any time I do it... I mean, come on now. I am sure she will re-knight him because she is very nice, but I mean "wtf".

From what I see, knights on Stripchat don't seem to "do anything" except "hopefully" be tippers. I know that's a good thing but also not because most are not. Ultimately, it's the same as anywhere though and you just get those power crazy guys who think they are the bees knees if they are a knight (this is everywhere that I have ever known that has mods, knights or anything else similar).


I think a lot of models, studio ones anyway, are told to make the red names or purple names on Stripchat into knights. A lot of these guys from what I see though, go to 100 different models and tip 1 token tips at time, maybe 10 or 15 tokens each time. THIS is the only reason they have spent so much - they are not spending lots on ONE model, it's tiny amounts on 100s of models each DAY or week

I think Stripchat invites mockery and resentment by calling its mods “knights” in the first place.

Not that “moderator” is a beloved term either, but at least it is a factual description of what they’ve been tasked to do, unlike “knight” which is impossible to take seriously.

Or maybe she knows that user to be someone she doesn't want to deal with or indulge. Mocking what a model asks for payment just because *you* don't find it "worth it" is both insulting to the model and a waste of your and her time. Just keep your mouth shut and find a model who is offering something you want for the price you find adequately suited to you. Simple as that. Or am I misunderstanding what you were meaning with this?

To be fair you gave no explanation so it confused me too, I was thinking the same as carmen did.
Even now you gave no explanation, just a "yes, you are". Some kind of clarity would be great for all.

The guy was bitching that no nudity in a show for 42 per minute, 'lols' at it, so she bans him.. then the final message from the model about "him not knowing" makes no sense for us as we have no other context about her, her room or anything. Maybe it's obvious when you point it out, but at least 2 of us are confused by it.

As for the second one, if a model changes the price of a show when she is IN A private show, I am unsure what happens, does it increase there and then for that user IN the show right now, or would it be AFTER that show and when her NEXT one ends. I have never experienced this so do not have any idea. If it does change immediately whilst in the show with that guy, then it may be messed up HOWEVER maybe they agreed on something in a PM or something?

What is the problem with this? Models are able to change their private cost to whatever they want. I have seen it happen, but normally from say 18 to 12. Price is changed and then private starts. Price goes back to normal price after private finishes. If a model chooses to drop the price for a show, that is their decision.

Who know what has been negotiated between the model and member? The member may have agreed to tip a certain amount for a lower token per minute charge, or they could be a regular or a fanclub member. I wouldn't read too much into it.

I would have thought as you have suggested, the price throughout should remain as it is on entry. But i've read other users' remarks before they were banned/silenced and it's clear that something is going on with her.
In the few weeks I've been on this forum, I've only seen a handful of guys posting as chaturbate viewers and one of those posted suspicions about the same girl. Considering how many models there are on cb, it's odd that she has aroused the suspicions of two guys in such a small circle.

I can't confirm what happens if the price gets changed during a show, if even possible. I would think that the rate set going in would remain the same, as the member has to click that they accept the price stated. On the other hand, if the price for spying was changed mid private show, my guess it would only affect people who start spying after the price change, as again the member has to accept that price. You can start charging members more than what they agreed to pay without another confirmation of agreement.

Note the sequence of events, the price is changed before the private show is started, so the above doesn't apply anyway.

Several of my model friends used to be 6 tokens/min and are now 18 tokens/min. Every day they are being asked to drop their rate. It may be that a member used to come to their room when it was a lower rate. Sometimes the model will drop it if the member tips xxx tokens before the private show starts, which is agreed in PM. Only reason I even know about the agreement is if they tell me later, or they may ask me how much I think they should charge for doing something like anal while balancing on their head (with them what I think they should charge is almost always higher than what they were going to charge). If I was just a regular member, I would have no insight to this. So I would say it is pretty common if a model had previously had different pricing. I understand the model has form, but there is nothing preventing them from doing this.

I agree with you and Matt that dropping a price for someone before a private is not unusual, but no-one has been clear about the affect of raising the price during a private.
I'll go and see if anyone wants to do it live, now.

Just been told it's not possible .... but I've seen her do it.
Another forum member appears to know who I'm talking about, so they might be able to back me up in private, or give anecdotal evidence of her innocence.
