I wonder the same thing any time I see someone ask a model if they have a boyfriend, where they live, or what size their bewbz are.

The first two make it obvious that the member has confused MFC with a dating site, but however the model answers, the outcome is always the same...

"Do you have a boyfriend?"
"Yes"
"Oh "

I'm sure many are so deluded, but I think sometimes it's about the fantasy. It's like when a celebrity like Kate Upton or someone starts dating somebody and guys are like "Noooooo!" I think if you asked them if they honestly thought they had a shot at her, but the only thing standing in the way was her boyfriend, a rational person would say "of course not." (Same goes for women and male celebrities). But there's a certain measure of fantasy involved. That's why I believe a lot of models lie on their profiles about being single. It kills the fantasy for some members if the model has a boyfriend (plus, it's nobody's business, but that's another issue).

Once again, it comes down to not asking questions you don't want the answers to! :thumbleft:

I agree. The illusion of availability and attainability is obviously going to be a powerful factor in maintaining the fantasy for a lot of guys. I find it a little out of place when people start trying to impose real-world mechanics to flights of imagination. It doesn't work that way. Fantasy is not a part of the rational brain. It's not about what is actual or achievable. If dudes want to pretend that a girl is single and that they might have a chance to bump into her on the street and seduce her, that's pretty innocuous stuff, and certainly not shocking "wtf" territory.

The worst trolling ever, but what's worse, he's taken the time to make a youtube video of the worst trolling ever, saying it's the best trolling ever, how is this the best? It's just the most blatently obviously, heard it all crap. The funniest thing is, he's writing this really rubbish boring unoriginal troll crap which no one is responding to and you can hear him giggling! I actually thought the video, though very sad and pathetic was kind of funny, but not because of his trolling skills, but because the dude is such a loser! It reminds me of school when two girls were doing a mini play (we were all quite young) and one of the girls was playing a boy and did the typical male heel on knee stance, which as we all wore skirts meant we could see her underwear... we were obviously all pissing ourselves laughing (as we were only about 9), she thought we were laughing at her jokes and got really encouraged which just made it funnier, but in quite a sad, feel sorry for her kind of way. This guy reminds me of that girl. He clearly thinks he's being hilarious, and other people are laughing, but they're laughing at him rather than with him. The part he thinks is so funny isn't remotely funny.

How is deliberately being nasty to people funny? Taking the piss and making witty comments that are relevant to the situation can be very funny, but turning around at someone and going "You're a hoe" just to try and upset her.... not funny... sad... very very sad...

Not sure whether I should laugh or cry.... I do kind of like ripping it out of members like this who come to my room, only thing that's annoying is it disrupts the chat and changes the subject.

Sadly, the whole issue of "trolling" has taken on a trendy air. Trolls used to be exclusively basement dwelling people with serious mental issues. Now, people who would otherwise act like normal humans think random, stupid insults somehow are equivalent to winning an Olympic gold medal.

I love that the strapline for the video is "[watch me] wreck these bitches". If being ignored and then quietly banned while you piss your pants at your own non-jokes is what constitutes "bitches being wrecked" then I guess it's accurate... I suppose.

Lol pretty much... I mean very brand new camgirls might rise to/get upset by that kind of stuff, but personally it doesn't phase me at all, mostly just makes me laugh at them and take the piss out of them. I get much more creeped out by people being overly nice in a creepy way while not tipping.
