People that act like that don't attract nice people, so more than likely they will have some guy fuck them over, and that will be deserved.
But I think that, whatever what, but we can't know exactly why one is you. Why one people are good and other bad. Would
"you" still be good if you were born in a ghetto, or in a dictator family? ... or it wouldn't be even you at all?.. So how and why exactly are you good and other is bad?..
Does being good means being afraid that your happiness would be suspended for being bad(aka punishment)?.. I mean you can still do bad things and understand that you shouldn't get too cocky and for that being reworded exceptionally well. Especially, when other people publicly will "burn" some "baddies" and call it a jobs done, and you even should be one of the initiators for that... One would and should aslo probably be the most goodest and purest in the eyes of the others.
If being good doesn't mean to be afraid of punishment than why do we punish for "bad"?.. What do we expect?.. It's possible to be bad and be very well, and feed other bad, but not that smart bads to the public. And your punishment would be carried by some small bads, which actually would get worse in a thug environment... while you would be actually the worse and the best.
And why are bad people bad?.. There is definately not a some god-sent creational randomness and it (completely) depends on the one's living environment. Being good is probably not a being afraid of punishment, but smth like feeling empathy towards the pain of the others, and so you wouldn't do bad acts because you ...
were programmed being gut and punish yourself, because it's better to survive like that in a society. and others tactics weren't surviving that gut(let's not be that cynical yet ^^; ) ... you probably would feel pain by yourself. And what if "bad" people don't get that as a part of their education for some reason?.. Mb, they were born in "bad" family, or in a worse environment... or other ways being mistreated by life and not getting that thing that you and other good did?
They probably, also, had a rEALLy BAD parents which didn't teach them our gut-manners or/and aslo were mistreated even by life itself .... so that is another great argument why we should all DESPISE that moral criminal SCUM even moar.
.... does this mean that for this reason they should experience sufferings?.. Will that suffering make you feel good?.. Yes, they are causing other people pain, but again — what IF the other is true, and causing pain is not a cause for being bad, but a consequence?.. and punishing only works only because of fear... Also justice, aka the "eye for an eye", doesn't make sense if the criminal had as much freedom to choose in life as the rock that fell on someone as an incident. Would you wish bad, revenge to a rock?..
Personally, I think that because no one can't get definite answer for those questions, the most true good thing to do is at least wish good for everyone, as it's not even potentially would cause anyone pain. We should stop taking the path of least resistance, so the people should get "punished" not for the purpose to make them suffer because they cause harm (so we
can? do them harm in return, because justice...) but as an extreme measure, of protection, so at least "we" would be protected from their both destructive and self-destructive behaviour...
