Hi. I'm not understanding what's happening with my privates, because after i finished a private, i noticed that the amount of tokens i set previously, is not the amount i see. I explain: minimum 5 minutes, 18 or 20 tk per minute, but i was not being tipped those 18 tk per minute. In my balance stats, i see less? is it possible to happen? And i set 100 tk minimum to start a private, but it automatically starts, and i'm like, where's the 100 tk first? Or am i just feeling confused? but it seems something 's not right...

Can not help you with the amount per minute. Not sure what is wrong there.
The minimum is the amount the USER has to have in the account. You do not get 100 just for starting a private. When the user starts the private you know they have at least 100 (or up to 1000) in the account.
You could make a rule that to start a private the user must tip you 100 or whatever you want, before you will accept the private.

In a private show you receive tokens in 10 second intervals. If your private price is set to 18tk per minute, your token stats should show you receiving 3 tokens every 10 seconds.
If your minimum time is set to 5 minutes, you should have received a minimum of 90 tokens from doing this private show. If you received less than that, contact Chaturbate Support and explain what happened as best you can.

With that said, a few months ago Privates were failing and tokens were not transferred. Users were stating they were getting free privates, while broadcasters were stating that they were not receiving tokens. I had 1 client that experienced this and read many complaints from others. Sometimes when CB updates (like the last few days -- just check the test bed differences now), they unintentionally revert to a pervious problem. Just make sure that the tokens are actually being transferred 1st, and then hopefully the numbers work out to the full amount you should have received.
