Well, I posted on here to bring attention to some dicrepancies and poor customer support which also is something Trots was griping about. I have read all the replies here after my posts, and people have proven that purchasing a 900 token package 2 years ago was possible. Then some here assumed, without any facts to back their words up that individuals are whomever they conjure up in their minds without thinking before typing, just because they feel they can.
Hmmm....
Now as to this thread being not a big deal and creating a mountain out of a mole hill. I will explain it to you all this way. Especially since members are your customers and they are PAYING you in a business exchange.
1) I purchased 900 tokens- fact and truth. I would have gladly used those tokens on a model but never had the chance to, and was out $100.00 because a website and its administrators have all the power in the world to do whatever they wish without proving anything. Seems like the wild wild west and left a sour taste in my mouth.
2) I paid for a service and was treated like I was a criminal and attempted to logically discuss the issue with customer support.In which they decided they had the right to take away something I purchased legally without any chance to be listened to,be treated respectfully, and given the benefit of the doubt. So much for the protection of the customers rights. In any other business, they would be held to a higher standard. I presume that does not hold true on a cam website.(Which is part of the gripe, Trot, brought up.)
3) Is it possible someone hacked or used my log in info as a basic, to purchase tokens and then cause a chargeback using my basic account, or email or however they did to screw with my original account? Please do not tell me that MFC's security and customer service is the best there can be. We all know good and bad things happen on these sites.
4) As a customer,anywhere, people deserve and expect to be treated with dignity, respect, and integrity, just the same as the models would want to be treated as well. I believe that's what brings customers back and become a loyal returning customer, but hey, not in my case. They lost a customer and so did you gals.
5) Finally, I find the comparison of Burger King customer satisfaction and MFC customer satisfaction equal and similar. If a customer is treated like shit anywhere, regardless if it is on a cam website or a restaurant, they will take their business elsewhere. I have done that, at any business that provided poor customer satisfaction and/or support. I will never purchase anything via MFC, again, and it has been 2 years now, just because I was treated like dirt and improperly. I am sure none of you would enjoy that either, regardless if it is at Burger King, MFC, or anywhere.
I know what the models have to deal with, and how people will try to screw them over as well as what the websites have to deal with the fraud and many other things, but it just goes to show you how important customers are as well as the people that provide services to those customers. If that happens often the business loses customers. I guess cam sites can get away with anything,huh.
