It's mostly for the taxes... 5-9% compared to like 35% in the USA. A lot of big businesses in the U.S. do it and one of these days the states will wise up and lower them to keep the money and more jobs in the states.

I just saw some documentary about Yog, Switzerland or someplace that has a 5% corporate tax rate, can't find it now but Cisco pays around 12% in Ireland. Just about EVERYWHERE is lower than the U.S.

It was Zug, Switzerland and was multitasking at the time. Dunno where I got the 5% but heard that figure somewhere, lolz.

And basing the site in the Netherlands might have something to do with their more relaxed attitudes to pornography and censorship in general, just guessing though.
(Also the combination of different countries would probably make any law enforcement issues harder to organise.)

Someone's done a Bono (like many others before).
There's no good reason to tax corporate earnings at a vastly different rate to personal taxation (e.g. the models), it leads to radically different social classes and eventually antagonism between them.
Far better to close corporate tax loopholes, especially by treaty, like these kind of overseas exemptions.

Out of curiosity, I just did a domain name search and grannyfanny.com is already taken :-D
(I wasn't game to see what was on the site, but wanted to let you know).
And for me, the only problem with Agent_99 that was bad enough to earn her being banned for was the public shows with unaware people on cam. I never saw the appeal, but each to their own. She clearly had her fans and they must have liked her for reasons that made sense to them and I hope they find other models to fill the sudden void.
