I've been pretty consistent on MFC over the past few months but this week I've noticed a major drop.. is it the normal eb and flow or could no but November be to blame? I don’t even understand the purpose of No Nut November.

As far as I can tell, the whole point is this: you do something deeply unpleasant for a whole month, possibly making yourself irritable and less fun to be around, just so you can report back to some strangers on the internet that you did it and that it sucked.

As wonderful as that sounds, I think I’ll pass.

I'm on CB and it's pretty slow for me as well. This time of year is typically amazing for me, but this year it is not. Haven't experienced any NNN people, but have talked about it myself in jest. Interesting. Although if the internet has proven anything, it’s that some people don’t need a good reason to accept a random challenge, even if it seems dangerous (Tide Pods) or pointless (NNN). I’ll never understand those who see “[Literally Any] Challenge!!” on social media and just do it blindly. There are better ways to feel like you’re part of something.

ETA; No nut November for super powers is an interesting take though. Lets not forget the fact in November its also Black Friday, No Nut November its funny in our days but i dont think everyone is taking it serious. I stream on MFC and streamate and yeah, starting with this week it's been quiet...Christmas is coming, our members must buy presents too, right?

Out of curiosity, I have conducted an extensive research on the topic. Joking. Just merely googled the term yesterday and popped out that, apparently - as it has been already mentioned here in the thread by others - the month of november is to be followed by another interesting acronym, which, by the way, contrary to what one might think, has nothing to do with a cup size. It's called ddd, which stands for somenthing like destroy your d Dicember. It really makes the whole thing even less comprehensible.

What happens to the so-called superpowers you allegedly have gained in November? And what kind of superpowers they are even talking about? I read that the term took off after few posts on reddit, which I believe is also the same place where people take horse drugs medical advice from. So, I mean, it makes sense after all. You can't really make this stuff up.
