Technically, i think even the 920 should start to be considered out of date now. Not entirely, due to it being inexpensive. But if someone is wanting to invest in a bit more future ready cam, then the recommended one, in my opinion, is becoming the Logitech Brio. It's still around $190, so not everyone will want to buy it yet. But the specs are way better than the 920 or 930.

You're also not locked into a single field of view, this can now be switched between 65, 78, and 90 degree FOV. So, wider when you're camming with another person to see both easier, narrower when you want less mess on the edges of the room to show up.
Honestly if any cam model were needing to buy a new webcam going forward...I'd probably start considering the Brio over the 930 and other older models.
