If you have a second can you share what MILF means to you? Apart from the obvious literal definition of the acronym. I had an argumentative person in my room the other night, who had a super weird (in my opinion) take on the term. I want to see, for a little experiment, if I can find literally anyone else who defines it the way he did. Just for my own personal kicks and giggles . TIA if you contribute yours :)

Mom I'd like to fuck is all it means to me. Had a guy try to tell me it was an age bracket thing, once a model is no longer in the teen category. Considering most models are of child bearing age I thought it was really stupid logic.

Other than the obvious, I've seen guys attribute it to women in their 30s even if the models don't advertise as such and don't even have kids. 40s is when the stupid cougar comments come in.

Sounds about right, I'm 42 and I just started getting them. I scream; "Hey I PREFER THE TERM MOUNTAIN LION around here" in response hahaha.

I got 2 comments of "I love mature women". Why can't the idiots understand that if I don't advertise as mature or such that it's a fucking insult. I'm trying to larp as a perpetual fucking 28yr old and you're just pointing out I need Botox lol.

This is why I removed my bday info on my profile.

I am starting to pick up strands of silver in my hair and the first person who calls me a GILF is going to be shot straight into the sun, mentally speaking.

It has always upset me when used on me because I am not a mother. I know a lot of people use it just for anyone who is old enough to be a mom that is also hot.

I could probably have milked the term since I'm older than the average cam girls, but I refuse since the literal definition is not applicable to me! :D

I define MILF based on how it was used in the movie American Pie, which is where I first heard the term MILF (not sure if they coined it, but definitely popularized it).

The guy at the party says to the other guy that Stiffler’s mom is a MILF, a “Mom I’d Like to Fuck.” In the movie, these guys were high school seniors at a party. The implication was that he wouldn’t normally be attracted to a “mom” (unclear how literal he was being with that word), but Stiffler’s mom was attractive enough that she was the exception.

Based on that - I always took MILF to mean a super attractive woman who is either a literal mother, or in an age group where an 18yo guy might stereotype her as such. (Which might be where the “age bracket” people are coming from).

I’ve never associated it with “you have kids and that’s hot,” but more “despite that you have kids, and that’s not my thing, I’m attracted to you anyway.” Which is pretty pig-headed, but so is 90% of the plot of American Pie, so it tracks.

4 deep (and absolutely none of you have defined it the way this guy did, I like the way this is going).

Yep it’s definitely related to that movie and Stifflers Mom for me too. Nice to see, that still not a single soul has gone where this guy went 🤣🤣🤣🤣

Personally it brings back nostalgic feelings of when I was in school. There were a couple of friends that had mothers that were really good looking. It wasn't a term then so it's more of a retro thing for me. Obviously I don't use it on a personal level these days.

On a practical level it seems to used for non-teen women in recorded porn. 20 on up, which is silly. I use it as a search term sometimes just to weed out the really young ones.

i'm really curious now
I dare not even repeat the definition he gave, and then proceeded to argue with me about… it could be taken in a very callous insulting way. I’m too scared to repeat it and traumatize the internet …

I think in the sense of our industry it has to do more with looks than anything else. Men who look for MILF are attracted to a certain body shape and style of dressing I would say, usually curvier, bigger boobs.

Wait...as in he looks for models who look like HIS mom? (Guessing, but I mean what else would it be?)

Not really. Maybe a tiny element of that but it was kind of bigoted, rude, and dehumanizing in other ways. I’m just stoked to see he was in the minority and that what he said definitely doesn’t seem to be true.

It genuinely was pretty off the wall. But I thought maybe I was being closed minded or over sensitive, seems I wasn’t (so far).

For grins, I hit up Wikipedia about the term. I like the bolded part a lot.

Linguist Laurel A. Sutton states that MILF was one of nine terms for "attractive women" collected from undergraduates at a large linguistics class at Berkeley in the spring of 1992. Stereotypical users would be "college students from East Contra Costa, California".[6] The term was widely popularized by the film American Pie (1999), where John Cho's character (simply credited as 'MILF Guy No. 2') used the term to refer to Jennifer Coolidge's character Jeanine Stifler.[7][8] American Pie screenwriter Adam Herz stated that he did not invent the phrase.[9]

A 2007 article in New York magazine stated the evidence that the term had become mainstream included "25,000-plus MILF-branded mugs and tees on Café Press to a rash of hot-mama books (The Hot Mom's Handbook, Confessions of a Naughty Mommy, The MILF Anthology), television shows (Desperate Housewives, The Real Housewives of Orange County, the forthcoming contest 'Hottest Mom in America', and a pilot in development called MILF & Cookies), and, of course, a concomitant porn genre".[10]

Some media outlets found the expression offensive to women, and suggested replacing it with WHIP, which stands for "women who are hot, intelligent and in their prime".[11][12]

It took me a while actually to realize that MILFs aren't necessarily moms and teens aren't necessarily 18 in this industry and so on... It's really mostly about looks when you're going to pick a category. When guys click MILF, latina, whatever, they have a certain image in mind, and it's wise to not follow them very literally. So whatever this guy was on about he probably missed the point.

Just put it in a spoiler lol. I highly doubt most of us veteran cam models havent heard this level of dehumanizing before.

I’m totally stumped if it’s something that hasn’t been mentioned already.

I’m going to guess that it probably had something to do with some of the physical changes that come along with being pregnant/giving birth?

I truly like the sentiment in the bolded part, but the pedant in me screams that in no way is WHIP an acronym for that phrase :)

(its WWHITP at best, but technically WWAHIAITP lol)

My mom once asked me what a MILF is.
What did you say

I remember my friend had a sheep named MILF
He teenage son named it and told her it was short milford lol

MILF learned to climb trees to get out of his fence
