i was sick for a wk, then I had an ear infection for a week, and now im recovering from an ear infection, causing me to have not cammed in 3 weeks. What can I do to make a good comeback?

I'm pretty inconsistent and go weeks or months without camming sometimes. I always just log on like I normally would and just do a regular shift.
Usually when I take an extended time off and come back, I'm hella busy.
