Usually somewhere between flippant and glib.
This thing is almost magical, for me anyway.

Talk about a wonderful stress reliever too!

If you're needing gift ideas for that special someone or know anyone with back problems, this thing is worth every penny.

There are less expensive ones, but this one also has the ability to stay on a certain spot as long as you need it to.

I've had one of these for several years. i usually put a beach towel or blanket over it to give it more padding so i can lean back harder and get a deeper feel. Always seems to work out the kinks. :thumbleft:

Here's a question for you, Boce (or anyone else). I can't handle most massage equipment (especially the Shiatsu) cause it goes so deep/is rough/hurts (totally not a euphemism). But I love having someone gently run their fingers over my back. It's not a massage, but it is the only thing that makes me completely relaxed and can put me to sleep immediately.

Go to 11 min to see what I mean.

Anyway, do you know of any sort of massage seat/equipment that could do something similar without requiring someone else? I can't seem to find anything that would work on its own.

Twice a month I get regular massages and its quite costly. Now if I get something like this I may save a bit more money...I'm hooked! :)

I also want to post, I have several sports injuries, and regular massage and physio really help me. I get a massage about once a week at the local RMT school, its WAAAAAY cheaper than at a spa or massage place. Usually around 26-30$ for an hour long massage, and the students are very thorough and do a big assessment since this is basically their grad project. Mine also offers a punch card where you get a better value. There are also teachers around making sure they do everything right.
The only downside is that you are in cubicles next to other students and clients, rather than a private room.
