Idk, coming from my point of view as someone who strictly makes content, I can see how it could be a little frustrating for a member if theyāre paying good money for premade content/customs and then no longer being able to access it.
However, I also think that some people tend to make matters much more complicated than they need to be. Instead of getting worked up and wanting to sue a multimillion dollar company (which we all know wouldnāt lead anywhere), it would be so much easier to just talk to the model instead. I already said this, but if a member had verifiably bought my content before and through some random glitch no longer had access to it, Iād just send them a free link to it. MV makes that an easy option, as does MFC Share. Iād imagine thereād be a way for the model to do the same with content on CB. And if the member was a whale of mine who I was in good standing with, Iād rectify the situation as soon as possible (but like I said, Iād do that with any member as long as I knew for sure they had already purchased the content).
If the content isnāt actually on the modelās page anymore and/or the model isnāt active anymore or willing to talk about it, then you have to kinda chalk it up and take the loss. Models can leave this industry at any time with absolutely no warning, and a lot of models will delete their accounts and all the content with it and do their best to erase all their content from the internet. So, at any moment, a member can lose all the content they paid for if they havenāt downloaded it, and I donāt think that the site the content was bought on should have to refund the members in those instances.
So basically, if thereās some really amazing content (whether pre-made or custom) that you bought from a model that you know youāll want to rewatch, download it if she allows it to be downloaded and save it to a special porn file.
