That was such a horrible episode. I know at 22 when i was in high school it was common place to talk dirty and send pics... watching that with my mom and the way she responded made me really question it ... What would i do if my parents searched my phone and found it and what. ( i had my mom believing i was virgin all the way threw high school though)

As a parent now a part of me would be outraged if my 14 year daughter had her pics out there like that but i would be more enraged that the media played into it so much.

You thought the episode was horrible, or the situation was horrible? The judge gave harsh sentences for selfish reasons. Later in the episode we find out that the judge had connections with someone at a particular correctional facility, so every time she sent a juvenile there, she made a commission off of it. SMH. It was great seeing the bad judge get what she deserved at the end. :-D

That situation isn't realistic to what would've happened in real life though. The girl probably would've been called a 'whore' and other insulting things that women get called, but I doubt she'd be placed under arrest just for texting naughty pics of herself.

True, although the episode was probably referencing the very true scandal now going on about corrupt judges who send teenagers to corporate prisons for extremely minor offenses. A number of these crooked judges are now in prison themselves.

I'd like to see for-profit prisons outlawed; it's just asking for corruption.

For profit prisons do nothing but suck taxpayer money away from the people who earned it.

AZ review shows private prisons cost more. So legislature ends the study.

i know i sent plenty of nekkid pics to my boyfriend in high school. we were both clueless at the time to the possible consequences... funny story: after he cheated on me with a freshman slut, i had a picture of him in one of my thongs added to the senior class slide show.
i can't see myself being too upset if any scandalous story were to surface about me. i know full and well what i've done and am doing - technically i risked my future career (teaching) before i even chose it as my major. i just figure there are SO MANY bitches getting naked online that it won't be so taboo very soon. science h. logic, it's only sex!
