Glad to hear to it. It is pain to fight for principals. I am starting one with the Wall Street Journal, regard their slimy (and it turns out illegal for the state of Hawaii) way they handle automatically renewals. It has already involved a couple of phone calls and letter and I am sure there are more many ahead. I already have all my money back so it is just the principal of the thing. Everybody has to pick their battles and different people choose different windmills to attack.

Sorry for the late bump, but after reading nearly 6 pages on this situation and enduring the same infuriating, long, drawn-out excuses on a promised Skype show scam, all I can say is:

Fortunately for you, you were able to receive compensation. I fear I will not be as fortunate in my situation, so may have to chalk it up as an L and move on.
