hahah I think it's also a comment on that "scandal" or news story or whatever when they visited the athlete's village a few years ago and heard that there was a lot of promiscuity etc (not a surprise to anyone who would stop to think about it) - and natural or not plenty of people don't like the idea of young people having casual sex - with the enemy!!
