need help with protective suspended account in chaturbate

thanks for taking the time to read this . my username on chaturbate is chaturbater098 I have been a long time user of chaturbate , about close to 2-3 years and really enjoy using the platform . I have been an active token buyer and supporter of chaturbate . About a month ago , my account was banned for the first time and i reached out to the official support and was met with this email. Recently, we were alerted that you may be having thoughts of self-harm. After review, you were placed in a protective suspension. If you are having thoughts about harming yourself, we strongly encourage you to seek help. it happened in a private conversation, i did not broadcast any suicidal things or spoke about suicidal things on camera. i have zero cuts, bruises or any signs of self-harm. I have also responded with 1 email to the official chaturbate support 5 days ago stating that i am deeply sorry for my actions . I have reached out to seek help and i can confidently say , i am truly in a better place now and seeked help. This will never ever happen again , if it does , i will have zero excuse the next time . please consider helping me reinstate my account back and lift my suspension , many thanks and hope you have a blessed day !!

Its nearing 2 months and i have not receive a reponse for my appeal to chaturbate support email after receiving an email for the reason i was banned , i understand the reason i was banned , and apologise for it and have made neccessary adjustments and recovery and it will not happen again. the term protective suspension gives me hope that my account could still be reinstated. Im asking if chaturbate could at least let me know if its permanent or not. I've been an active paying customer on cb and really enjoy using the platform. Many thanks.

Chaturbate does not make a distinction between private, public-broadcast, or otherwise... it happened on their platform. This goes for all platforms; please remember that for in the future if/when you're able to stream again. From what I have seen here before, protective suspensions usually last a minimum of 2-3 months before they will choose any further action on your account. Good luck.
