I need my back to stop f-ing hurting so much! I was going to get on cam in about an hour, and now it won't quit. It's been doing this for about a week. Does anyone here know how to deal with (what I think is) a pinched nerve? I wouldn't normally be whining, but I've had to cancel several times that I'd normally cam because of this within the last 2 weeks. Hoping someone can tell me to do something for it. :crybaby:

It might not be a pinched nerve, why don't you try anti-inflammatory whatever it's called in english medication? after that you have muscular relaxants in case it's a muscle, a chiropractor if it's your bones (i'd go for undetected scoliosis or something , maybe check it out?) and if your nerves are being pinched between vertebrae, you still need that chiropractor anyway. But anti-inflamatory stuff does it for me (and yes, it's my spine, but it fucks up my muscles when they compensate for the twist)

I'm very sorry you are dealing with this. As others have suggested, you should take it very seriously, and not push your body when you are in considerable pain. Do you have referred pain down a leg as well as in your back?

I could have saved myself a tremendous amount of spinal hardship if I had better dealt with the initial symptoms you are experiencing now. I've busted discs on multiple occasions and undergone just about every back treatment in existence, and would be happy to be of any help. I don't visit this thread often, but feel free to message me if you want to talk about back stuff. Hang in there, and take good care of yourself!

I have come back to it. i could only get about 4 min in the first time around. Not so much frustrated by the stupidity, but i have that thing that makes it hard for me to watch when i am embarrassed for the fools. It has always struck me as a very odd thing for at least two reasons. One; other ppl doing things i am embarrassed for them to do, has no connection to me. sitting here watching a recorded video alone is as isolated as i could be, but when the lady says, it cuz of the socialist agenda, and tyranny. errrrrr fuckin cringe, no please don't do that, your just filling a hole in space, can we program you with some different words? Some words that make a little more sense. That first one is not at all right, but closer than the second, unless of course we/your tea bagers, have made a huge fundamental change in the definition of Tyranny, and THE (as in that ONE) tyrant is the government collectively, and if that is the case, a piano should fall on everyone who is behind it, for the insane misuse of a word.

Sorry a bit of rant rage. I am embarrassed for this lady bc she thinks she is saying something that makes sense.
The second reason I think this thing of being embarrassed for others is odd, is bc I don't otherwise get embarrassed. Even when I know I have done something stupid, i get a little embarrassed, but if it bothered me much, I dare say I would be much more cautious about doing stupid shit.

Does anyone else get really excited when the mail man comes? :dance: The dogs and I all get really excited and run around in little circles until he puts the mail in the box. We can't help it. He's a nice guy and always says hi to us. Plus he brings us coupons for free pizza and cheeseburgers.
