My November payout by cheque still hasn't been received, and I'm now ready to cash out for my December earnings. These are large cheques, and I'm getting a little anxious as it's been nearly a month of waiting. I'm taking into consideration that here in Canada we did have a postal strike impacting delays with mail, however I want to confirm that the cheque is still on route, or if support needs to cancel and reissue my November cheque, or if I should be waiting to cash out from December? I also worry about the cheque arriving extremely delayed, and potentially voided because it's past it's valid deposit date.

I'm looking for support, clarification, or just reassurance from Chaturbate, assuming they are aware with the postal office strike that happened, and has recently ended. What should I be doing?

Thank you!

An actual check as in a physical piece of paper? You are aware your entire postal service was on strike for an entire month?

Yes, a cheque is a physical piece of paper. And yes, I stated that our post office has been on strike, which has now concluded, as per the original post.
I'm asking if I need to verify anything with support, have a new cheque sent, wait before I cash out again to prevent any confusion, etc.

Please read before asking questions that are clarified already.

Not a novel. No need to be rude about it..

You were rude first.
??? Pretty sure I wasn't. Not playing this game. If you have no actual support, or interest to read a post that answered your initial questions, then I don't see a reason for you to respond at all.

Even if they cancel and re-issue it, from what I can tell there are still a lot of people who haven't gotten their mail from November, so it will likely just be even furthered delayed, especially since they are prioritizing mail from before the strike. Cheque's should still be valid for at least 6 months though. I think it would also be easier to just switch to EFT for your December payment if you are worried about further delays.

Thanks for the response, really appreciate it!
I'm not in any rush to get the funds, it's more about it getting lost or something else since they're significant $$ amounts

Didn't think of it from that perspective - I may just hold off cashing out for December until I receive November in the mail if that would be the case. I don't want to change my payment method for 1 cheque, and I prefer to receive my earnings in USD and make conversions at my own discretion for the best rates.
