Getting back on topic (hahahahaha) maybe some of you guys have seen my cam rate drop by 5000 (!!!!!!) in 1 day on the 8th .....which does suggest that the 60 day running part is true as I got a 260.000 tip on the 7th of August ( my cam rate jumped 5000) ...
What still does not explain that I am doing about 60% an hour better in tokens than I did in February ( #1 : 26.500 cam rate ) and 'only' ( I know I am complaining about nothing) have a 18.700 cam rate ...... I have asked MFC for an explanation, but it seems that tricky questions are better avoided by just ignoring them .....

That observation seems to confirm what happened to the Asian model also.
Huge score drop that matched with her time off the site. Though she did say she did log in some days to look around mfc but not using her room.

Later when I logged in on MFC, I saw he'd tipped me 1000 total in several offline rated tips, as an experiment. My camscore was 684.7 as he noted in the first tip, and now at almost midnight PST it's up to 689.9. Veeery interesting.
Also, at the beginning of the month I noticed I was ranked #275 (not that I care) and my camscore was still a little over 700.
I still say, fuck camscores, and I'm frankly not bothered about their consent. I've got a bunch of regulars that I loooove and tip me regularly, along with some awesome basics and one guest.
I'm badly tempted to see how low I can get my camscore to go without losing any money or my regulars. xD

I would attribute that to the fact that she isn't on very much anymore (as far as I've seen) and she's been a model for over 60 days now so she's victim to the same 60-day average that the rest of us are now. The hype she had around her for her first month has died down and so has her cam time and tokens, thus the drop.

Aria is one of the most down to earth girls you could ever meet. If you saw her walking down the street, you would have no idea and probably wouldn't even give her a second thought. It's their way of saying "hey this is a good model" though I have seen some wonderful, fun, engaging girls with lower than 1K scores. So, who knows. I just think that was their intent since there are so many girls to scan through.
BTW, has anyone else noticed a huge increase in cam inflation? New models with a score of 1,000 are now at the *very* bottom of the page.

I tried to use the search feature do see if this has been brought up before but I couldn't track down a thread so here-goes:
The vast majority of my earnings come from group and private, only a very very very small portion of my tokens come from tips in public. Because group/privates are often long, messy and tiring
I do spent quite a bit of time in *AWAY MODE* cleaning up/collecting myself/havin a smoke/freshening my beverage/responding to private messages etc... In theory if I just logged off during my break times would that have a positive impact on my camscore? If I logged off technically it would cut down on a few hundred minutes a month of non-profitable online time. Would drastically reducing Away Time have an effect on Camscore?
Camscore calculations boggle my mind, but I would presume that they're primarily based on earnings vs. time worked and perhaps I'm wasting minutes while I ice my pussy and contemplate life? lol

I definitely believe this. After a private or group unless you are going to be back on within a couple of minutes I would log right out. I think regularly logging back in and out during your shift rather than using away has a positive effect on your camscore, and also you will show up again as yellow when you come back in to remind everyone how lovely and lemony you are!
:text-yeahthat: If you're going to be gone more than a few minutes, the likelihood of members leaving your room increases by the second anyway. The only benefit to 'away status' is that members will hang around knowing you will be right back and take care of their own business or chat in the room. If you let them know you'll be back in 10 minutes...they can keep an eye out for your avatar & status, or simply stay in room as well. However, you also run the risk of them getting involved elsewhere too, so it's kind of a toss up which is more beneficial.
I suppose all that away time could add up over a month, but please keep in mind many of us also like to watch you do your trivial tasks, whatever they may be.

i do believe that being "away" for a while does have a negative impact on the camscore from my past experiences.

It does help your camscore to log off rather than sit in away for anything over five minutes. If you choose to do this, I would suggest making sure all your regulars know that you are going to switch to doing that, and that you will still be back in your normal however long.
I've noticed an interesting thing while i had a bad flu and wasn't able to be online at all for like 3-3,5 weeks : there is a huge delay (about 3-4- weeks) with camscore going up. While i was sick and wasn't able to go online my cam score kept growing. In 3 weeks it has grown from 7,000+ to 11,000+ . Before I got my flu I had a really good period. Then i got over my cold...worked since then...but cam score keeps dropping. One day it dropped from 7,000+ to 5,000+, even though that day i made well over 20,000 tokens. So yeah, in my understanding there is a huge delay...thats why sometimes it makes no sense - you had a good night but your cam score went down. Or you didn' go online for a week but gained 1,000 in camscore.
New models probably don't have a delay like that, thats why sometimes you see "New Models" with a high camscores..Im not talking about "fixed" porn-contract girls.

this goes along with the theory that camscore is based on your average tips per hour/day for the last 60 days with days off NOT effecting your score.ImWOW said:
