Hi, @Stella_SC & everyone

I have a terrible problem. For a very long time, now. I have been stalked by an Invisible User & DDoS attacked. This has happened more times then i can count. It always starts the same way. One anon user enters the room. (I'm a heavy-set male, so traffic is usually very low, for me, unfortunately.) Shortly thereafter an Invisible User comes in the room & my stream freezes, internet is knocked out, goes totally offline. This type of Internet behavior has never happened on any other site or app. Sometimes I can run four different 4k Youtube Vids with 0 issue. Unfortunately, I've come to the realization that this is someone that doesn't like me and has been doing this to scare me, discourage me from streaming & to a certain amount it has worked, and that totally sucks. I am hoping if I give you the date and time stamp, which was: November 20, 2024 , 8:08 AM EST .. you can find out whom this Invisible user was ban them from my room and more importantly the site. I also have a feeling they have a ton of other usernames and that I am not the only target. It may be worth it to find their other linked accounts and remove them, so, they get the point. Now, I know they can keep making accounts, but, I'm pretty sure at some point, if accounts they are paying for, have added tokens for, slowly start getting banned, they will stop targeting models with these DDoS attacks. If possible @Stella_SC , please , PM me , so that i may reveal my username to you and support or higher tiers may take a look, check logs, and ban this evil guy on all his accounts, once and for all. Thank You, in advance. Awaiting your reply.

@Stella_SC Also, if possible, please, let me know if you discovered who the Invisible user was and were able to take action. He is a hazard to the whole community.

You can't be ddos'ed through the site, you would need to have done something to reveal your IP to someone like click a link they provided or something to that nature.

Someone can find your IP, when you stream... I'm new to this arena, but, per Google ... that's what it says ... he must have downloaded some sort of tool or software that can find it somehow

Hello @Being_Targeted1

I am sorry to hear that this has been happening to you.
In order for us to investigate, you will need to start off by sending in an email to our Support team explaining the situation, help@stripchat.com
I tried reaching out a bunch of times in the past about this and have not received a reply, could you perhaps PM me, so i can give you my username and perhaps give them a nudge/ forward the request to block that invisible user from my room / check what he's doing through logs or what not? Thanks

no because you arent streaming directly to them you stream to stripchat and stripchat transmits the video to everyone else, if it was direct every cam model would need insane upload speeds.

Mate, I'm not a technical genius by any means but I think you'd get this resolved a lot faster if you took off your tin foil hat, stopped looking for a crazy conspiracy theory and maybe just checked for a mundane issue that's causing it. Like maybe your internet connection is a bit fucked.
