I do agree it's good that you don't share your personal story about why you can't tip. Regardless of how sad or honorable an excuse is, it's still an excuse and we (models) usually prefer not to hear them.
I'll back this one up.
I have a handicapped friend, because the benefits are so insane looking after her she used to give the job to friends who were badly off. That's in the uk though, over here that kind of thing means you can live a pretty good life off the government. It's a sucky situation, but I believe where there's a will there's a way, everything in life is a choice. I couldn't find a job, so I became a camgirl. Sure not everyone has those options, but there are options for everyone. It's just a matter of compromise.
You're saying you truly cannot eat, and the internet is your only luxury, well, that's a choice you've made. It can sound heart warming and genuine and make you seem like a wonderful person, I'm sure you are, but I know many people in similar situations, it's still all an excuse. I don't know what kind of benefits you have where you live, but someone being handicapped enough to need that much care, in the uk the carer would get paid, or another carer would be paid while you get to go out and work. Everyone has their problems they're going through. If the internet is your only luxury, then yes I do think you should fork out an extra $2 every month to give a little tip to the camgirls you watch.
On another note members like you kind of remind me of when I used to take my dog on walks. He was a collie, and therefore liked being active and useful. As we'd go on the walk sometimes we'd play fetch, sometimes we wouldn't, but something my dog liked to do was carry the stick. When he was carrying the stick you could see he clearly felt he was doing something really useful and productive on the walk, he was the "stick carrier". Now, I really didn't care much whether he was carrying the stick or not, it didn't effect me whatsoever, in fact, I thought it was pretty endearing.
People are like dogs, they like to feel useful. You are a prime example of this, you're not employed, and apparently spend most of your time looking after a disabled person, I've done the same thing before and well, it's not as time consuming or fulfilling as you'd think, which can make you feel a bit low and unimportant, especially if you're low on money too.
So essentially what your type of member likes doing is "carrying the stick". Doing something they feel makes them useful and important in the room which actually probably doesn't really help anyone at all, but adds to their viewing experience. It's a definitely selfish good deed, even if the intentions are in the right place and the person doesn't realise it.
This is generally why I find lower tippers or freeloaders are worse for this stuff, because generally tippers already have good jobs, responsibilities, lots of things to do in life which make them feel useful. They don't come to a cam girls room to get those things.
My advice to anyone who finds themselves "carrying the stick" in a camgirls room, you really need to find another hobby, something to do. If you genuinely can't find a job that works with your hours and have actually been trying hard for 3 years, then do a job for free, do some charity work, do a uni course that you study from home, learn a language on the internet, anything! Being in a camgirls room shouldn't be your way of reaching out and helping people, it should be entertainment/feel good times mixed with porn. The only way it could be reaching out and helping people would be if you have money and want to change a girls life. That's the only way you can truly help a camgirl.
You don't seem like a bad guy, but you're clearly missing some things in life and are in a rut which you need to get out. This isn't about helping models, this is about you needing to help yourself instead. You have some fairly good excuses to hide behind, but they're not good enough to waste your life and not even be able to eat properly, and they're not things that could not get better with some effort. I'm sorry if this post came off a little harsh and unsympathetic, it's just I've seen similar situations so many times before.
