Am I doing well so far? / Tips to get follow followers?

I've been camming on Chaturbate for about 3 days now!
I'm not sure If I'm doing well or not but my first day I made barely 100tk
Between the second and third day I made about 1900tk. Every day I log on I have 60-70 more followers but I want my follower rate to grow faster. I noticed many other girls have like thousands of followers. What can I do to promote my shows and gain more followers?

Also any tips/dos&donts for newbies?

Like any job, look to step up and improve about every 6 months.
Keep challenging yourself, and setting your goals higher... improvement is always the path to success. You seem to be doing well, but don't assess performance yet, perhaps in a month for a beginner.
