Chaturbate Terms of Service. Let's start with the aptly named "Introduction":
When you sign up for or otherwise use any service within Multi Media, LLC’s chaturbate.com website (collectively, the “Site,” “we,” “our,” “us,” or other appropriate first-person terms), all of which services are hereinafter referred to collectively as the “Service,” you agree to all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully, as they form the agreement between you, the website user (sometimes referred to herein as “User,” “you,” “your,” or other appropriate second-person terms), and the Site (such agreement is referred to herein as the “Agreement”). IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, YOU MAY NOT USE THE SERVICE, AND SHOULD NOT PROCEED TO REGISTER OR OTHERWISE USE THE SERVICE. BY USING THE SERVICE, YOU ARE DEMONSTRATING YOUR WILLINGNESS TO BE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT, INCLUDING ALL AMENDMENTS MADE FROM TIME TO TIME.
But Deez, what does this mean? Essentially, if you register with Chaturbate (whether you are a viewer, an 'Exhibitionist', or a verified model), you agree to follow all rules set out in the Terms of Service. This is a
legally binding contract. It goes on to say something to the effect of "if you don't like our rules, don't use the site". They even made a point to put that in all-caps for you, so that shouldn't be too hard to get.
Moving on to Term 1 of the Agreement entitled "
Right to Use" - this one's a very important one, so please pay close attention:
Your right to use the Service is subject to any limitations, conditions and restrictions established by us from time to time, in our sole discretion. We may alter, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the Service or the Site at any time, including the availability of any Service feature, database or content. We may also impose limits on certain features and aspects of the Service or restrict your access to parts or all of the Service without notice or liability.
Translation? Essentially, it doesn't fucking matter whether it's "fair" or that you even broke a rule... if you are even under
suspicion of breaking a rule (or even if the site has some random whim that you begone...) they are 100% legally in the right to suspend your services indefinitely. By agreeing to this contract, you waived your "ownership" of your account and the
privilege to broadcast using Chaturbate's services. Considering that this card is in play in Chaturbate's court, it's typically wise to let sleeping dogs lie with menial "oh, I don't have a camera..." issues and find a way to make things work.
Next, to Term 2 entitled "
THIS SERVICE IS FOR ADULTS ONLY!":
You represent, warrant and covenant that you are at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is older (the “Age of Majority”). The Site and Service are intended for adults only. By using the Site and Service you agree that you have reached the Age of Majority. We reserve the right to terminate your account if we, in our sole and absolute discretion, believe you are in violation of this section. We additionally reserve the right to terminate your account and report you to the proper authorities in the event that we suspect, in our sole and absolute discretion, that someone who is not the Age of Majority has used your account.
In short, given how sketchy you are acting around providing legal-age identification... you're lucky you're not worth enough of CB's time to be sued or investigated by the authorities. The irony in all of this is that all your stubbornness is rooted in an attempt to hide your identity out of shame or embarrassment, yet you are putting yourself at risk of having your home crawling with police simply because you won't follow the rules. Please turn to page 3 of your Blue Books, we're looking for Term 8 entitled "
Members’ Obligations Under 18 U.S.C. § 2257". Oh boy, this is a fun one, you guys ready?! Here we go:
You should be aware that, pursuant to federal law, any visual depictions that you post, share or perform on the Site which portray actual sexually explicit conduct, depictions of the genitals or pubic area, or simulated sexually explicit activity, as such terms are defined in 18 U.S.C. §§ 2256(2)(A)(i)-(iv) and 2257A, require that you maintain the records required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257, and any such postings must contain an “18 U.S.C. § 2257 Record-Keeping Requirements Compliance Statement.” Your failure to comply with the provisions of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 may make you subject to criminal and civil prosecution for the violation of federal law.

If you want to breeze through it to fact-check and correct any misinterpretations I may have had, feel free, I'm just going to sum it up the best I can. Essentially, CB (and you) are legally compelled by the U.S. Government to keep records of the identities of anyone who broadcasts explicit images or videos through their site. How they get away with the 'Exhibitionist' bullshit is beyond me... but since they
legally must keep a record of these performers' real identities/information - if they ask you for it, you better fucking give it to them. If anything is investigated into this, it puts not only you but CB under thread of Federal investigation. You might be thinking to yourself all sneaky-like... "oh, but I'm not a U.S. citizen. tee hee..." Guess what, Jack - CB is a U.S. based and run company and since your digital stream was broadcast through their servers and services, U.S. law applies to matters regarding those transfers.
I would take this one very fucking seriously considering it deals with potential breaches of Federal law that can result in fines and up to 5 years in prison.
Now, there are several more I wanted to get to, but this one will be the last for now. Please refer to Term 28 entitled "
Registration" - it's a long one, so we're going to be looking at part of the section right after 28b.:
You must promptly inform the Site of all changes to the Registration Data, including, but not limited to, changes in your address and changes in the credit card information you used in connection with billing for the Service. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or the Site or any of its authorized agents have reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, the Site has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse your current or future use of the Service and Site, as well as possibly subjecting you to criminal and civil liability.
Translation: if the site has reason to believe that the information they have about you is either falsified or... simply not there... they reserve the right to shut down your account and, if necessary, sue you.
Please note that these Terms apply to
all registered users, not just verified models - they even apply to members who have never broadcasted. So take your "I wish there was fair treatment for all members" pity party and cram it back up whatever horse's ass you found it in.
Please also note that the Terms of Service is a legally binding contract between yourself and Chaturbate that you agreed to when you registered on the site. Whether you ever read through the Terms or not are entirely your responsibility and Chaturbate has taken great measures to legally insulate themselves from any consequence resulting from your ignorance.
In summation, ladies and gentlemen... read your fucking contracts.

Go to a copy shop, (a Staple's, a Kinko's, I don't know what you have wherever you live...) or a school library or something, run your ID through the scanner and keep a digital copy. Then, find a friend (or even a stranger, who the fuck cares) who has a camera or a phone that was made after 1990 and send a nice close-up of your smiling punum holding that ID as close to your gleaming face as possible. Try to keep that picture in focus, that's the tricky part! Or, you know, you can just use the
fucking webcam that you streamed from before you got banned to take a still picture... Just spitballing ideas here... Once you have both of those pictures, send them to Support. Be polite. Apologize for the confusion. Maybe send them an Edible Arrangements or some chocolates or something. In probably a week, assuming your information is in order and you can wait that long, you should be back to freeloading off of hard-working models in no time!
