    Hi Punker. I own SweetBeesStudios. To help identify fake ID's I created training doc as composite of two models. By accident it got uploaded to age verify model. We discovered mistake, we reported to CB & they banned both models. We do all Support asks, the 2 models remain banned. I am slithytoves, models are Batgirl_Horny and Izzy_Beauty95 (CB model for over 1 year). Please help! Twitter DM is slithytoves_x.

    Since you haven't created an account yet, there is probably a hold on your ID verification for some reason. If you would provide your CB user name, I would be happy to look into specific details for you.

    I recently transferred 27,086 tokens to cash on the last pay-out period (31/10/17). It is now the 10th and I have yet to receive any of the funds in my bank account. I recently switched my payment method to international wire. Please could you confirm that they received my updated payment details, and also verify when the money should arrive in my account?     Thank you for your post. Your payment is being processed and there is a International Wire account tied to your CB account. However it is the weekend in the US at this point, so I can follow up on the question with accounting on Monday.

    crazy thing is that I received an email from support on thursday telling me my affiliate payment was sent to my bank...so I can't figure out why I'm not getting emails about my password issue lol

    Spyder, can you please try initiating an email to Support@Chaturbate.com from your email? ISPs do not block email by domain, however your email host may block any email by domain. If you initiate the email thread and add Support@Chaturbate.com to your address list and "safe sender" list, it may clear up the problem.

    Thank you for the question. Yes, she can have her ID verified and perform with a mask---however, we do enforce a per show appearance unmasked, even if you switch to password only streaming at certain points of each show. We must be able to verify the person on cam is the same one verified. Additionally masks also increase the chances your account will be locked/banned.

    @punker barbie If a model doesn't want to show face in public at all for the risk of getting recognised how would they go about verifying they are the person thats on cam ?? Just asking on behalf of a few models that haven't shown face since coming on CB ;)

    Hi @roydz. Short answer is--they can't. This is why we do not recommend that if someone is reluctant to show their face at ALL, then camming is not for them. Too many locks while we straighten it out and it ends up being bad for the cammer to maintain revenue.

    Hey Shirley, you are the best! I remember you helped me some time ago also. So my username on cb is ioanaeufore99 and i converted my tokens on the 15 of octomber but i forgot to input the payment method(wire transfer) so i completed it on the 16 and by the 31 octomber i made more tokens, in total there are 57279. Can you please make sure they will send all the tokens by the 7? Thank you!

    My username on Chaturbate is Siynfullysweet. I have still not received my payment for the period Oct 1-15. I was told my Chaturbate that my bank has not returned a failed deposit, but they are telling me they have and they gave me a trace number as well. I sent you an email with the information, please look into it ASAP.

    Support responds that they have helped you out with your ID/Payment issues for account dem0nf0x, so please contact Support@Chaturbate.com and they will assist you to make sure everything is finalized and you can broadcast. I would suggest you consider closing all the other accounts you don’t wish to use, as it prevents potential problems with duplicate IDs in future. ;)

    Hey shapman a simple enough question, asking why her support are NOT doing their job we see this in countless posts, basic things that support should be able to deal with. Simple things like common curtesy in replying to a model and telling them the actual reason for their ban.

    99.9% of the time, nzhere, the situation has already been handled capably and swiftly by Support & it's either that the broadcaster doesn't LIKE the answer & hopes I can give them one they do like, or it's been taken care of by the time they post here and they don't bother to delete or update the post. ;)

    Hi, thank you for posting. I'm sorry, however we do not accept age verification photos through email. They must be uploaded through the site. It sometimes takes up to 48 hours for Age verification, especially if an age review panel is required to approve the account. WIshing you success!

    Hello punker, I posted yesterday, but I figured out I had given chaturbate the wrong account number for bank. Chaturbate says they did not get the sent deposit back, but my bank says they returned it. What do I do? How do I change my billing information? My username is Siynfullysweet.

Please email Support@Chaturbate.com with subject line: Changing Bank Account and they will talk you through the verification process to change your banking information. It can take up to a week for reversal of funds, so you can ask for an update in the same email. :)
