Why So Few True-HD MFC Model-Rooms ???

MFC calls an option HD. But in my mind none of it is. Even Kati3Kat's, as good as it is, is not HD at 800x600.

I think of the minimum standard for HD at 720p which is 1280x720 resolution. So I don't think anyone on mfc is actually streaming at HD. Just some option that mfc incorrectly labels as HD to make everyone feel better.

I streamed in 1400x1050 yesterday with my workaround. So there is at least one model who does!

Just came here to post this! This is awesome and I can't wait to test it out.

Though I'll probably still use my trick most of the time if the quality is better, but this will be great for when I'm on my laptop!

I'm new to MFC and pretty confused. What does a new model need to have and do to ensure the best possible quality I can have? I have lights and a great webcam but the quality looks awful. Do you guys use more than two umbrella lights in your setup?

Are you using high resolution on the MFC video settings?

This CB flash configuration trick is a pretty neat MFC hack. The obvious question is what happens if you select a resolution on CB that is a widescreen format? I assume that is going to mess up the MFC pages since they were probably designed for a 4:3 layout instead of 16:9?

Here are some of the layout options available on CB, and at least they clearly mark the widescreen layouts:

It does. You have to select a resolution with the same scale as MFC's. 4x3

If you're on MFC just use MFC's audio. Turn off the audio and disconnect your mic on CB.
