Perhaps because the vast majority of guys would probably have sent the pic, either in the hope of being told it was nicer, or bigger, than most, or perhaps out of genuine interest at where they sit. I agree. I do usually tip bigger increments, but sometimes if the room is quiet, some singles often seem to trigger one or two to follow suit.
Setting a minimum tip amount seems counter-productive, especially if set to 50 as in yummy's example. Especially because the user is only likely to learn that minimum applies when trying to throw down a lesser amount, then they probably leave or stop trying.
