I generally don't moderate on there. I was only made moderator in order to deal with him. However, it's a terrible platform when you have those kind of trolls. The chat window is so small in terms of screen space that even a handful of messages can completely dominate. Trying to scroll back up to read earlier messages is also incredibly difficult when that's happening because every time a new message comes in, it scrolls you to the latest message.
