Last week I've changed my username from "imrauin" (what a stupid name it was lol) to Raulbangs. Since then, I've had an insane increase in viewers. Is this correlated? I think so. And I suggest that you guys look into it as well. I've just asked Chaturbate by e-mail and they changed (the login and username too) to me. Because of this momentum, I'm increasing the number of hours broadcasted. Feels good!
Tried two "couple shows" with a girl I've been dating, she's quite extroverted. I had high hopes, but we didn't end making much money. Maybe I need to research more on how to conduct those kinds of shows...

I never knew how to pronounce your old name, nor any idea what it means or was in reference to. Raulbangs (though I think the B should be capital to signify 2 words) is a lot easier to read/pronounce and makes more sense in a sexual context.

Has anyone ever had an issue getting people to actually tip for their Hush? I thought it would be worth the investment most people who watch me seem uninterested, and I have the feeling it's because my audience are mostly bottoms

When the hush first came out it took a lot of time to pay for it's self for me at least (people didnt understand what it was), then they became more popular and now people seem to be over it for the most part, it's not something new and intriguing anymore. After a long time putting off replacing the hush and lush that broke pretty soon after getting them I finally got an edge. It's not so much the edge that they are interested for me but the reactions from it, they like to hear the moaning etc. It's one of the reasons I upgraded my audio set up before upgrading to a new camera set up. even if you can get people tipping for it they often dont tip more than 1 token at a time and making 1 token at a time makes for a very long day and a pretty numb ass.
(Most of my audience is also bottoms)
Yeah, I just bought an external mic for that reason, my audio situation has kinda sucked recently. Also I was expecting a bunch of 1tk tips, though I've barely gotten any of those. Weirdly enough the few ppl who do tip for my hush just do 5, 10, or 25

The problem could also be what you have your token levels set at. If you are using the default ones, those tend to be pretty high. Only the top solo women usually get away with really high token settings, and even then it's rare for most users to go for the higher settings. The problem is, that's exactly what they want is to see you groan your way through Ultra-High.
I don't have it high at all, at the current moment it's 61 for the highest setting for 40s

All right, that's actually pretty reasonable then. How long have you been camming? It could just be you need time to build up a bit more of a following to bring in enough people that you get a couple of the big tippers.

Yeah that's probably part of it then. I was camming for at least 4 or 5 months before I could reliably bring in an audience of 100 or more, and most of those would be anonymous non-tippers. Sadly the audience pool for we solo males is pretty small, and there's a lot of competition. All you can do is be patient, keep at it, and build up some regular viewers who appreciate you putting on a show for them.
Audience isn't really an issue, I can usually get 100+ most days and sometimes upwards of 200-400, but I've only had one big tipper so far, excluding two models I know that might stop by every once in a while, but I don't count them.
I realized really quickly that many people will watch me simply because I'm black just based on the comments I've received in public, PM's, and tip notes, and I guess that works in my favour as there aren't too many other English speaking black cam models. Some days are good and I end up with a decent amount of tippers, but it's rare that I get someone who will tip more than 100 in my room. This is excluding privates though.
I potentially have a few girls lined up to do couple shows with. Can anyone tell me what kind of difference you saw in viewership and tip amounts going from solo to couple shows?
