That sucks....I grew up loving Hardy, but you can't condone being "Charley Sheen" esp when your a role model to kids and your job holds others lives in your hands. :naughty:

In realated Jeff Hardy news the court case has been pushed back again and it looks like he is off tv for a while now...I am just wondering what evidence still needs tested and what charges Jeff is pleading to and what kind of sentence he is going to receive in the plea deal.

In case for those who missed Impact tonight here is the new title belt since they got rid of that ugly looking belt Hardy brought in

May Angry Johnny 'Bones' Jones have a most successful fight tonight.

He's already had 1 successful fight today.

http://www.sherdog.com/news/news/Report ... ight-30939
The lanky Greco-Roman specialist informed the public that he had chased down and apprehended an individual who allegedly broke into a woman’s car and stole her G.P.S. Jones wrote that his two coaches, Mike Winkeljohn and Greg Jackson, chased after the man first.

Can someone please explain to wtf happen with Shogun Rua, also I hope Bon Jones beats Rashad Evans on the next fight

Going into the fight Jones thought that he'd be successful taking Rua down and he did so 30 seconds into the fight landing a bunch of punches and elbows. Start of the 2nd round caught Rua with a spinning backfist before taking him down again. I forget the total punches thrown/landed but Jones more than doubled Rua before knocking him out in the 3rd. Was total domination really.

With his natural ability, reach advantage that he has over almost everyone and ability to improvise he is going to be a tough one to beat. Rashad dances too much and that reach is going to really come into play then unless and until Rashad can be aggressive and get inside.

Anderson Silva fights in the lower weight class me thinks it'd be the same outcome. Silva and Jones very similar in a lot of ways.

Maybe, but Rua would be bigger and stronger in a lower weight class. He got tossed around like a ragdoll in the fight against Jones...and Jones isn't even the biggest/strongest fighter in the class.

The same thing is true of Fedor now. He might still have some success at light heavyweight, but his days as an elite heavyweight are long over.

For those who are wondering the hype behind Sin Cara(without face or faceless in spanish), here is a match of him under his original gimmick as Mistico wrestling in New Japan Pro Wrestling in a 2/3 falls match, I'm just hoping the WWE doesn't fuck up big time with booking Sin Cara/ Mistico

So I just saw a commercial with Clay Matthews for muscle milk, and realized something. He looks like.....

Triple H has been cheating on Stephanie!!! That son of a bitch!

Also anybody going to watching Wrestlemania 27?

Im curious/excited for Sin Cara to show up in the WWE, while before I would fear that they used him right, they have been doing good by other wrestlers who had made names for themselves outside of the WWE as of late. CM Punk and Daniel Bryan in my opinion has been just about flawless.

I won't be watching it live but i'll probably rent the dvd or something.

And interesting enough 3 of the 4 cities that I truly respect and admire as a pro wrestling crowd and would love to attend a major PPV at are cities I'd hate being in. That being Chicago, Philadelphia, and New York City. The 4th being Toronto, but I may actually like to go there sometime.

I wonder if Dixie Carter ever watched the dvd The Rise and Fall of WCW she can learn a very good lesson from that dvd

This.. so much. And wooo hoo Wrestlemania tonight. :D

I don't watch TNA on a regular basis but every time I do tune in- Ric Flair, Hogan, Bischoff and Sting are playing a major role on tv (which is wrong), The people who were heels are now good and the people who were being cheered are now bad and the characters seemed to be completely rehashed every few weeks (I look at Eric Young for example), and no matches ever seem to end cleanly and wind up with all sorts of crazy outside interference. So yeah sounds like WCW to the max.

Someone give Paul Heyman control but don't let him manage the finances and we're all set.

I just got done reading the results, I concur. Though I think I would have enjoyed HHH vs Undertaker minus the ending. The ending to Cena vs Miz though makes me happy though.

Taker v HHH was the highlight of the night, by far. It was a 10 while everything else was at a 7 or worse. If not for The Rock's involvement in the final match, Taker v HHH would've and should've been the main event.

Caught me by total surprise by starting Wrestlemania off with the WHC match between Edge and Del Rio, but they milked the hell out of Taker's entrance and exit

They always do milk the hell out of Undertakers entrance/exit. Look at his match vs Kane at WMXX, his entrance was longer than the match.

Here are some pictures from Wrestlemania weekend. Please excuse my ugly mug.

Instead of talking of what we didn't like about this wrestlemania lets turn this frown upside down and answer this question: What is your most favorite PPV you have seen?

For me it still is ECW Heatwave 98 and I have yet to see another card top to bottom that has topped this event.

Justin Credible vs Jerry Lynn (the ending of this match set the bar high for every match that followed- Tombstone Piledriver from the 2nd turnbuckle)

Chris Candido vs Lance Storm

Masato Tanaka vs Mike Awesome- you aren't a wrestling fan unless you've seen these guys fight.

Sabu and Rob Van Dam vs Hayabusa & Jinsei Shinzaki- the athleticism and stunts between all 4 wrestlers is incredible.

Taz vs BamBam Bigelow

Tommy Dreamer, Spike Dudley & Sandman vs Buh Buh Ray, D-von and Big Dick Dudley- This match was a car wreck in the best possible way, the things that happened in this match and everyone involved made this a great way to end this PPV. I may actually go back and watch some of these matches tonight, talking about it has made me very nostalgic.

It's hard to favorite just one ECW PPV, because pretty much every single one of thier PPV's were awesome and had their memorable moments and matches.

The ones that spring to mind are the already mentioned Heatwave '98 and also:

Guilty As Charged '99:
The best Tommy Dreamer and Justin Credible match happened on this night.

Anarchy Rules '99:
Sabu and Justin Credible's best match ever happened on this PPV, awesome 3 way dance w/ Tajiri, Super Crazy, and Little Guido.

Another killer 3 way dance w/ Taz, Mike Awesome and Masato Tanaka for the ECW world title. This was Taz's last match with the company and Mike Awesome wasn't even billed on this PPV and ended up winning the title.

RVD vs. Balls Mahoney match for the Television title really showed that Balls could wrestle his ass off.

Hardcore Heaven '99: RVD and Jerry Lynn's no time limit match for the Television title is THE best match they've had against each other.

Tazz vs. Buh Buh Ray Dudley falls count anywhere match for the ECW world title was one of the most bloody and brutal matches for the belt.

Hardcore Heaven 2000:
The Balls Mahoney vs Masato Tanaka is THE best opening match to any PPV ever; so many chairs shot were had in this match.

The Tajiri vs Steve Corino and Sandman vs. Rhino Televison title match are probably the most brutal matches in ECW's history. And Sandman's wife getting piledrived through a table by Rhino is probably one of the most shocking moments in wrestling history.

Guilty As Charged 2001:
The "I Quit" match between Tommy Dreamer vs. CW Anderson will never be topped.

Rhino basically stealing the ECW world title from beaten and battered Sandman mere minutes after he won the belt in a 3 day Stairway to Hell match against Justin Credible and Steve Corino pissed alot of people off.

This was also ECW's last PPV before going out of business so it's memorable in alot of fans' minds'. :sad10:

Sorry for the lists, but unlike WCW and WWF, ECW always delivered with their PPV's IMO.

Did you ever see Super crazy vs Tajiri's first match, blood? Tajiri looked so completely different- clean shaven, blue trunks instead of the black pants. But basically they went in as complete unknowns where no one knew who to cheer to both of them both being offered a fulltime job with ECW and is one of the best matches I have ever seen. combination mexican surfboard with a dragon sleeper- the crowds reaction to that move was worth it alone. And the finish to that match was amazing.

Also Tajiri vs Psicosis is one of the best matches I've ever seen.

I prefered RVD vs Jerry lynn's first ppv match at living dangerously over hardcore heaven though they are both amazing.

Guilty as Charged 99 was supposed to have RVD vs Masato Tanaka and I can only look back and wonder how insane that match would have been.

I have seen that one, but the event that it take place escapes me. I was interesting to see Tajiri clean-shaven, not so evil looking and without the black, plastic like pants. Killer match too.
