Started modding for a model about 3 weeks ago , i have created a tonne of well made stylish gifs and menus and it helps break up the monotony when its quiet or if there is too much focus on chat.
I think she appreciates it as said thanked me for do this , she worked at a studio but now self employed still has a sizeable fan base without the alt accounts.
The problem is , i chat to her like i would anyone else and between her work there is just a normal freindly sometimes very funny interaction.
The issue is i think maybe i am doing too much
When shes busy shes busy and will stay online as long as possible, she has told me what her daily aim is so , i enjoy her show so i dont mind helping.
When its quiet like really quiet alot of the stuff i created helps break up the monotony quite a bit, any time i say i gotta go she will log off or go on a break shortly after, so i think modding is helpful to her show,
But at the same time i wonder how much of that is just physically and mentally draining to a) watch a blank screen for prolonged periods or occasionally a pretty shiny and quirky looking stream of gifs, i imagine its better than looking at a blank screen alot of the day
But wonder maybe i should take a break and not mod every single day , she said she likes them but you would wonder are they draining , today she logged on very early as she always does then after about 2 hours about maybe 600 to 1000tokens lifted about 15 to 20 gifs between me and another mod i said gotta go be back later. Checked about 30 minutes later she was offline.
She was yawning start of the show, so makes me ask is if its a drain , when i dont mod she seems to have to work harder becaude there is no guidance or direction in the chat, but i would imagine just the nature of the dynamic draining with mods included.
Do you prefer mods in the room when its quiet or no
When i stick around and mod she seems to stick around for hours even if its quiet
But it can be draining and especially for the model to keep a constant stream of visual stimulis in a very inconsistent room . She gets about 500 viewers average at a given time throughout the day, alot of people dont tip or talk , and when no one is modding its just a stream of random questions and chatter
You would wonder wether the model would prefer to interact with that than have a mod
I dont mind modding and i like the model but it can be very tedious with the amount of non tippers
Maybe her room would progress more without mods as often ? Yeah viewers can be a drain , and mods help create a boundary. People seem to chat just to see what they can get away with without tipping so i would imagine mods are good from that aspect , at the same time the tools used to keep a presence i would imagine could also be annoying
