But what about group and private? Was their rule that no incestuous activity will take place, or was their teasing a way of getting members into a more intimate (and lucrative) place, where they were willing to go further?

I have been wondering the same... But I also do know there is a couple of twins on MFC that have been warned/fined a BUNCH of times for FUCKING EACH OTHER ON MFC. They still sell G/G videos. They are now not allowed to EVER appear together on cam... In the same room, nada, or else they will be perm banned. TBH, I am quite surprised they got that many chances... But I doubt they are really gonna enforce the rule, unless there is proof of two family members doing things together.

The Romanian triplets got the same thing. Their public cam bordered on incestuous, so I can only imagine their groups or privates. You sometimes see them on, but never together anymore. I only just recently started seeing Bella on. And it's obvious from her looks she's Shy's sister. And it is also obvious who has trained her for MFC... Shy. In some cases, the chance for money overrules our normal base instincts for not being sexual with relatives. I'm not saying its normal, but if they make money by doing it, they may see it as a "necessary evil" to get the money.

Or, they could just be incestuous.
