I'm writing to you with great concern. Two weeks ago, I canceled an active Fan Club subscription. However, today, I realize that I've still been charged, even though I had properly canceled the subscription.

I'm particularly concerned because I no longer use this account and I don't want to return to it. I'm extremely worried that I won't be able to get a refund for a service I haven't used, especially since I've never had this kind of problem before.
